CHELSEA – Chelsea’s new Bojangles’ restaurant will be frying up chicken and giving away gift cards bright and early Feb. 9.

The first 100 people to arrive when the restaurant doors open at 5 a.m. will receive a promotional gift card they can use on their next purchase. The free gift cards will be worth between $5-$100.

The new Bojangles’, located at 501 U.S. 280, will be the fourth Bojangles’ in the Greater Birmingham area and the 13th store in the state of Alabama.

The restaurant’s menu will offer fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits and fresh-made iced tea, along with other options.

The new store will offer an average of 25-35 new jobs, and will also affect the local economy through increased tax revenues and by using local companies for recurring needs such as landscaping and repairs.
