-Theft of property from Griffin Road, Chelsea (construction). Stolen were 10 aluminum concrete forms valued at $3,500, 20 aluminum concrete forms valued at $5,00 and 15 aluminum concrete forms valued at $4,500 in various sizes.

-Property damage from County Road 47 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Ford F-250.

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Hunt Cliff road, Birmingham. Stolen was an inflatable 8-foot snowman valued at $225.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen and recovered was an Apple iPod valued at $209.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 7900 block of Helena Road, Pelham (service, gas station). Stolen was $124 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Foothills Trace, Chelsea. Stolen were jewelry valued at $1,300 and savings bonds valued at $18,000.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham. Stolen was a Hunter Tabriz oriental rug valued at $4,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2002 Honda Accord.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe. Stolen were two speakers valued at $150 and a 1,000-watt amp valued at $150.

-Burglary from the 33000 block of Highway 25, Harpersville (other, unknown). Stolen were body rings, Smith and Wesson handcuffs, two stun guns and portable scales valued at $500.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from County Road 17 near County Road 22, Montevallo (highway, street).

-Unlawful distribution of controlled substance from Highway 25 at Old Highway 25 East, Columbiana (hotel, motel).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 4900 block of Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Smith and Wesson 9 mm pistol.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 4300 block of Springcreek Road, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from Rock School Road, Westover (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2-foot chain in the amount of $25.

-Criminal mischief from Hawthorn Street, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane, Shelby.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card/theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (Sports Plex) (commercial). Stolen were a wallet cards, a fishing license valued at $12, an Alabama driver’s license and $150 in cash.

-Identity theft from unknown. Stolen were transactions valued at $197.09 and $1,312.91.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 49, Columbiana. Stolen were 19 Loritab 7.5 and K-Flex.

-Theft of property from Christian Broth3ers Inc., County Road 442, Sterrett (other, unknown). Stolen was a 1997 Ford F-150 valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 8400 block of Highway 155, Montevallo. Stolen were a Les Paul guitar valued at $600, a PlayStation 2 valued at $200, a portable DVD player valued at $80, DVDs valued at $75 and PS2 games valued at $75.

-Theft of lost property from the 1700 block of Highway 35, Pelham (other, unknown). Stolen were a chocolate Lab valued at $500 and yellow Lab valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1700 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Guess purse and contents.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from Cahaba Valley Learning Center, Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen were a purse and contents valued at $60.

-Burglary from Huntwood Road, Shelby. Stolen were 60 Loritab 10-milligram.

-Possession of controlled substance/giving false information to police from the 16000 block of Highway 280 (parking lot). Recovered were 14.1 grams Dilaudid (158 pills), .5 grams Hydromorphine Hydrochloride (four pills), 1.9 grams Alprazolam (Xanax) (seven bars) and .2 grams Oxycodone (one pill).

-Domestic violence-harassment/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo. (Suffix 01). Damaged was a trailer window (shattered) in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from unknown. Stolen was an Alabama vehicle tag valued at $200.

-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of Weatherford Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2004 Toyota RAV 4 in the amount of $225.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birmingham. Damaged were a sliding glass in the amount of $750 and a dashboard in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from the 2400 block of Indian Crest Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 5000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Minor in possession of tobacco from County Road 47 and County Road 39, Chelsea (highway, street). Recovered were eight Pyramid Gold Menthol 100’s cigarettes valued at $2.

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at Calumet Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Malibu.

-Property damage from County Road 11 and Hodgens Road, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford 500.

-Harassing communications from the 2200 block of Liberty Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Stolen were nine radiators valued at $1,500 and an equipment battery valued at $250. Damaged was an International Harvester Tractor in the amount of $300.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer. Damaged were doors and water valves in the amount of $1,600. Stolen were two foot-long sections of copper pipe valued at $50.

-Burglary/theft from the 100 block of Pool road, Shelby. Stolen were electronics valued at $2,820 and tennis shoes valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $499.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of New Shelby Peninsula, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Odyssey Early School, Heatherbrooke Parkway Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were eight gift cards for Target Stores valued at $240.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Highland Village Trail. Stolen was a shaving kit valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham. Stolen were keys.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a wallet containing $15 cash ($35 total valued) and various cards.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Strawberry Road, Shelby. Stolen were a Boost cell phone, a Bellsouth cell phone, a Toshiba laptop computer and a 1922 silver dollar in mint condition.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of controlled substance from County Road 41/Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were 2 grams methamphetamine, 2 grams (12 pills) Oxycotin OP’s 20-milligram, 1 gram (six pills) Oxycotin OP’s 10-milligram, a Glock 9 mm, a Kel-

Tec .380 (firearms), three 10-round Glock magazines and one 31-round Glock magazine.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Mooney Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Use of force in defense of a person/homicide (death investigation) from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Stolen were 10 $100 bills.

-Theft of property from Highway 265, Alabaster (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1966 Chevrolet C10 valued at $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 280/Highway 437, Chelsea (highway, street). (Suffix 01). Confiscated, seized were five morphine pills weighing .4 grams and .2 grams morphine powder.
