-Tampering with a witness from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison).
Nov. 23
-Domestic investigation from Bonnie Blue Lane, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were a Compaq laptop computer valued at $100, a Microsoft Xbox 360 with case valued at $265 and an Xbox game valued at $50.
-Burglary from the 600 block of Highway 333, Columbiana. Stolen were 18 pieces of tools an equipment.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 3000 block of Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 8000 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen were a table saw valued at $200, a band saw valued at $200 and copper pots and pans valued at $100.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 6700 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.
-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a debit card valued at $560.38.
-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a debit card valued at $412.41.
-Death investigation from the 600 block of County Road 38, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from the 1100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Assault from the 5500 block of Highway 280 East, Birmingham at Upstairs Pub (bar).
-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a checkbook valued at $53.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Indian Crest Drive (highway, street).
-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Hargis Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown).
-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was an iPod Touch valued at $250.
-Criminal trespassing from Highway 61, Columbiana.
-Theft of property/criminal trespass from Jarons Drive, Alabaster (other, unknown). Stolen were two copper ground bars valued at $80 and 100 feet of copper wire valued at $300.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from the 7400 block of Highway 155, Montevallo. Stolen was copper pipe valued at $400.
-Criminal trespass from the 3300 block of Afton Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Theft of property from the 13000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (service, gas station). Stolen was unleaded gas valued at $35.02.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 280 westbound/County Road 43, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Hyundai Sonata GL.
-Harassing communications from Cole Drive, Chelsea.
-Menacing from the 8200 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.
-Animal bite from the 500 block of Highway 200, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence harassment from Massey Road, Alabaster.
-Domestic investigation from Smith Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 5600 block of Highway 119 (Oak Mountain Middle School), Birmingham (school, college). Damaged was a door on the outside gym facilities.
-Criminal trespass from the 5300 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.
-Fraudulent use of debit card from Maplewood Lane, Sterrett (convenience store). Forged, counterfeited was a Visa debit card valued at $377.59.
-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Highway 5, Wilsonville. Stolen were a Schmidt harp valued at $800 and a ring.
-Unlawful braking and entering vehicle from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a glove box handle.
-Community notification violation (failure to register) from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building).
Nov. 25
-Property damage from the 5400 block of County Road 71 (highway, street). Damaged was a 1995 Honda Accord.
-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Highway 55.
-Property damage from the 14000 block of Highway 280 at Chelsea Antique Mall, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2000 GMC Yukon.
-Property damage from the 9100 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $45.
-Criminal mischief from the 3900 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1994 Lexus.
-Hit-and-run from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was 2008 Hyundai Accent.
-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Willow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was an oven and kitchen walls.
-Death investigation from Cedar Hill Farm Lane, Westover.
-Death investigation from the 2800 block of Highway 93, Helena. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Death investigation from the 4500 block of Little Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Listed was medication.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from Rowe Hill Circle, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from Cahaba Lakes Apartments, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche.
-Theft of property from River Birch Way, Birmingham. Stolen was a .40-caliber pistol valued at $900.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Raven Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were an Apple MacBook, PlayStaion 3, Microsoft Xbox, 32-inch Magnavox television and computer games.
-Burglary from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a doorframe.
-Burglary from the 800 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (convenience store). Damaged was a glass door. Listed as damaged/stolen were cigarettes and a cash register.
-Burglary from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (service, gas station). Damaged was a glass entry door. Stolen were U.S. currency, cigarettes, cigars and car air fresheners.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession controlled substance from Highway 70 at Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 1.5 grams of marijuana, a Colnazepam pill .5 milligram and a foil make shift marijuana pipe with residue.
Nov. 26
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (hotel, motel).
-Domestic violence/harassment/unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered were a 2005 Infinity G35 and a T-Mobile Android.
-Death investigation from 11th Street Northwest, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Theft of property (shoplifting) from the 4000 block of County Road 22, Montevallo (service, gas station). Stolen was Rotto household lye valued at $4.59.
-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Dusty Way, Wilsonville. Stolen was a license plate value at $41.66.
-Miscellaneous information-found property from 16937 Highway 280 at Chevron Shop N Fill, Chelsea (service, gas station). Recovered was a hand clutch containing checks, credit cards, a health insurance card and coupons.
-Failure to pay for gas from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Stolen was gasoline valued at $11.02.
-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Baldwin Lane, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from Old 280, Westover. Stolen was 25-ton log splitter valued at $1,300.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene. Stolen were an MP3 player and CDs valued at $109.99 total.
-Burglary from the 33000 block of Highway 25, Harpersville (specialty store). Damaged was an ATM. Stolen was U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the area of Canter Way and Shetland Trail, Alabaster.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5000 block of Valleybrook Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence/assault from the 2000 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Brantley Lake Road, Maylene (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from the 3300 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.
-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Theft of services from Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo. Stolen was Alabama Power service in the amount of $500.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Four J Road, Chelsea.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized was a glass stem pipe with drug residue.
-Home repair fraud from the 500 block of Windchase Circle, Birmingham.
-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 5000 block of Stone Bridge Lane, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited as a MasterCard valued at $515.
-Theft of property from Randolph Road, Montevallo. Stolen was an air conditioning unit valued at $1,000.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were vehicle parts and accessories valued at $700. Damaged was a side window in the amount of $250. Confiscated, seized was a baseball cap valued at $25.
-Driving under the influence/unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a 20-milligram Dextroamphetamine o.1 gram, a marijuana pipe and 5 grams of marijuana.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4700 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham.
-Domestic incident from the 2300 block of Heatherbooke Road, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster. Damaged were four tires on a 1997 Honda Civic in the amount of $400.
-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 6100 block of Beaver Creek Cove, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Highway 25 near the Jefferson County Line (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Honda CR-V.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Forest Parks Road, Chelsea. Damaged was a mailbox stand and mailbox in the amount of $100. (Suffix 01).
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea. Damaged were a mailbox stand and mailbox in the amount of $100 and a windshield for a 2007 Honda Civic in the amount of $100. (Suffix 02).
-Harassment from the 6000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.
-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 3100 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Damage to property from the 11000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 1994 Oldsmobile 98.
-Death investigation from Highway 440, Chelsea.
-Forgery from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Forged, counterfeited was a $100-bill.
-Identity theft from unknown. Stolen was a federal income tax check valued at $1,300.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Salser Lane, Birmingham. Stolen sere a debit card and keys valued at $50.
-Theft of property (fraud/deception) from the 9000 block of Eagle Valley Lane, Birmingham.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 6100 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Stolen were items valued at $2,000.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Raven Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 26 and Highway 313, Columbiana (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 1 gram of powder cocaine in a clear plastic bag, 3.5 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic bag and a pipe used to smoke marijuana.
