The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Nov. 15-22:

Nov. 15

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Mustang.

Nov. 16

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Highway 267, Maylene. Damaged was a driveway concrete retaining wall in the amount of $250.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Plaza Circle (government, public building).

-Domestic incident from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road.

-Found property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Listed were a metal case containing an identification, a ladies’ wallet with identification, a wallet with various items and ladies purse with a Nintendo DS and various items.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Buck Creek Drive.

-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park, 500 Warrior Drive (government, public building). Damaged was a men’s restroom (graffiti) in the amount of $100.

Nov. 17

-Domestic dispute from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast.

-Damage to property from County Road 26 East (highway, street). Damaged were a bumper and driver’s side front fender in the amount of $600 total.

-Harassment from Thompson Intermediate School, Highway 119 (school, college).

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Trail Circle.

-Lost property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade (convenience store). Lost was a wedding band set valued at $8,000.

-Juvenile (runaway)/found juvenile from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive.

-Harassing communications from the 150 block of Chinaberry Lane, Maylene.

-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Gardendale Drive. Stolen and recovered was a Dell laptop computer valued at $800.

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Wagon Trail.

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Windsor Court.

-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen was a Motorola keypad cell phone valued at $129.

-Domestic incident (information only) from Highway 31 at Cannon Oil (highway, street).

Nov. 18

-Unsecured residence from Oak Street.

-Information from 7390 Highway 17, Bethel Holiness Church parking lot (church).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were two Tom Tom global positioning units valued at $460.

-Information from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Recovered lost property from the 8600 block of County Road 17, Maylene (highway, street). Recovered was a man’s wallet.

-Forgery from unknown (other, unknown). Stolen were two checks in the amount of $631.80 each.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of King Charles Court. Stolen were a Whirlpool washer and dryer valued at $1,200, two chest of drawers and a night stand valued at $125, kitchen flatware valued at $125, bedroom curtains valued at $40 and a Toshiba 17-inch computer monitor valued at $125.

-Harassing communications from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Fulton Springs Road (other, unknown).

-Information from the 200 block of Sterling Gate Lane.

Nov. 19

-Unlawful possession of prescription medicine from the 100 block of Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 18, 4 grams of a blue oval shaped pill 10-milligram Adderal Schedule Two and five, 2 grams of white round shaped pill 1 milligram Alprazalem Schedule Four.

Nov. 16

-Theft from 4601 U.S. Highway 31 (other, unknown). (Suffix 1). Stolen was a Toshiba laptop computer valued at $871.97.

-Harassing communications from the 1700 block of 22nd Avenue. (Suffix 1).

-Incident from 91 Rockbay Lane, Montevallo. Damaged was a 1999 Mercury Sable in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from Interstate 65/mile marker 231 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Stonebriar Drive.

-Theft from the 400 block of Waterford Highlands Way. Stolen were two garden accent lights valued at $30.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 31 at Camden Cove Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was 1997 GMC Yukon in the amount of $400 total.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 31 at Camden Cove Parkway. Damaged was a 2000 Ford Taurus.

Nov. 21

-Theft of lost property from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered was a purse containing papers valued at $50. Also stolen were $16 in cash, two debit and care credit cards and an estate checkbook.

Nov. 22

-Criminal mischief from Camden Cove Circle. Damaged was a Lexus RX300 in the amount of $300.

-Criminal mischief from Flagstone Lane.

-Found property from Savanah Club Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a purse with contents.

-Dog control ordinance from County Road 22 at Milgray (highway, street).

-Theft (shoplifting) from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen was a ceramic heater valued at $43.20.

-Domestic incident from 715 10th St.

-Domestic incident from 112 Winners Circle.

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Village Lane.

-Burglary/theft from 528 Union Station Place. Confiscated, seized was a GE microwave. Stolen was a GE range.

-Burglary/theft from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue, Apartment One. Stolen were $700 in cash and jewelry valued at $200.

-Criminal mischief/breaking and entering of a vehicle from Camden Cove Lane. Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Siverado in the amount of $200.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 400 block of Camden Cove Circle. Stolen were a purse valued at $45, a wallet valued at $20, a Mutual Savings debit card, an Alabama driver’s license and Social Security card. Damage was a vehicle passenger rear window in the amount of $150.

Columbiana

Nov. 17

-Theft of property from Joinertown Road (school, college). Stolen was a key.

Nov. 18

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Collins Street. Damaged was a structure.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Joinertown Circle. Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $20. Stolen was $100 in $20 bills.

Nov. 19

-Possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Nelson Walker Road. (Suffix A). Confiscated, seized were two small bags of marijuana valued at $20 and $15 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Phillips Circle. Stolen was jewelry valued at an estimated $3,000 and U.S. currency.

Nov. 15

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Asbury Circle. Stolen was a wallet/Social Security card. Damaged was a driver’s side window.

-Failure to appear-Helena Police from Island Street Apartment, Montevallo (government, public building).

-Warrant arrest from the 1300 block of Old Highway 31, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Morgan Road (school, college). Stolen and recovered was a Nintendo Wii game valued at $275.

-Warrant arrest/hindering prosecution from Starky Street.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Roy Court.

-Violation from protection order from the 1400 block of Belmont Lane.

Nov. 16

-Leaving the scene of an accident from 2007 Runaway Drive (supermarket). Damaged in the amount of $700 was a utility pole.

-Burglary from the 5100 block of South Shades Crest Road. Stolen were a Taurus revolver .357-caliber, five-shot handgun valued at $400, a glass mirror jewelry box valued at $60, diamond earrings valued at $764, a Samford University nursing pin valued at $100 and other jewelry valued at $400.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Old Cahaba Trail. Damaged was mailbox in the amount of $40.

-Domestic incident from Barnett Lane.

Nov. 17

-Theft of property from the 8400 block of Shore Side Lane. Stolen were a Smith and Wesson Sigma .40-caliber magazine and ammunition valued at $45, $10 in cash and keys valued at $10.

-Driving under the influence/reckless endangerment from Cunningham Drive/Watts Apartments (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Asbury Circle. Stolen as a Garmin global positioning unit valued at $300.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Townhouse Road (other, unknown). Stolen as a Visa card valued at $5.

-Recovery of stolen property from County Road 52 East on the side of the road (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama tag.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Amy Lane. Stolen were six keys valued at $3 each.

Nov. 19

-Identity theft from Zappos Online Store (other, unknown). Stolen as $518.20 from a Compass Bank debit card.

-Theft of property from Fox Valley Storage (storage facility). Stolen were a china cabinet valued at $1,000, two end tables valued at $500 and two sets of plastic shelving valued at $80.

Nov. 20

-Public intoxication from Highway 52 West at Legacy (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of St. Charles Drive. Damaged was a metal two-car garage door in the amount of $1,500.

-Driving under the influence from McDonald’s parking lot.

Nov. 21

-Driving under the influence from Highway 52 West at Helena Car Wash (highway, street).

-Burglary/theft from Highway 52 West (restaurant). Stolen was a bag containing an estimated $200 in rolled coins. Damaged was a door glass in the amount of $500.

-Failure to appear from 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison).

-Identity theft from the 5000 block of Rye Circle. Stolen was $454.93 from an APCO Visa debit account.

Montevallo

Nov. 16

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3900 block of Highway 25 (commercial). Stolen were four credit cards, a driver’s license and a pistol permit.

Nov. 17

-Possession of marijuana from the 200 block of Graham Street. Confiscated/seized were a marijuana cigarette valued at $20 and $6 in cash.

-Possession of marijuana from the 1200 block of Island Street. Confiscated/seized were an empty metal can and one marijuana cigarette.

Nov. 18

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Skyview Drive.

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Graham Street.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Main Street. Stolen was an HP Pavilion computer valued at $500.

-Theft of property/criminal trespass from the 10 block of Evansville Circle. Stolen was a 1997 Eagle Talon valued at $2,000.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Melton Street.

Nov. 19

-Harassment from the 500 block of Skyview Drive.

-Recovered/found property from the 900 block of Oak Street. Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license valued at $15, a wallet valued at $10 and a Social Security card.

-Possession of a controlled substance from the 700 block of Main Street. Confiscated/seized were 60 pills of hydrocodone/ acetaminophen.

Nov. 20

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Wilson Drive.

-Incident from the 3900 block of Alabama Highway 25 (service, gas station).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Oxford Road. Stolen were an Alabama birth certificated valued at $15, a Social Security card and homeowners documents.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Overland Road.

-Theft of property from the 4500 block of Highway 25 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were two Mountain Dew 20-ounce drinks.

-Using false identity to obstruct justice from 22/119 (parking lot, garage).

Nov. 21

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Salem Road. Damaged was a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta in the amount of $500.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from the 80 block of St. Thomas Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Overland Road (government, public building). Damaged were 240 aluminum slats in the amount of $2,400.

Nov. 16

-Domestic violence from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Confiscated, seized was a Smith and Wesson firearm item, two magazines and 20 rounds of .40-caliber ammunition valued at $400.

-Theft of property from 210-A Parker Drive (storage facility). Stolen were bedroom furniture valued at $3,500, a set of king size box springs valued at $100, photographs and frames valued at $100 and two outdoor lighting sets with tripods valued at $200.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement/unlawful possession of marijuana from 210-A Parker Drive (storage facility). (Suffix 01). Confiscated, seized were a clear plastic Baggie containing about 2 grams of marijuana valued at $20, two metal smoking pipes with two attachments valued at $5, plastic Baggies valued at $2 and a glass smoking apparatus valued at $25.

-Criminal mischief from 3551 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a window glass in the amount of $100.
