The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 2-10:

Nov. 2

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive, Chelsea. (Suffix 02).

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive, Chelsea (Suffix 01).

-Harassing communications/impersonating a law enforcement officer from the 2700 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 3

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Highway 405, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4500 block of County Road 36, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous from the 800 block of Glaze Road, Vincent.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 1700 block of Shelby Springs Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 1.5 white pills labeled M and 57/71 (full pill, approximately 3 grams and half pill approximately .1 grams, four oblong purple and gray capsules labeled Omeprazole 20 milligram in a Marlboro box, three white round pills labeled 44/159 in a Tylenol bottle and a black oblong capsule labeled BlackJax AJ/3850.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Stolen were 6.3 gallons of gasoline valued at $15.54, 7.4 gallons of gasoline valued at $16.54, 16.74 gallons of gasoline valued at $38.50 and 8.9 gallons of gasoline valued at $20.47. The first was from Kangaroo in Chelsea, the other three were from Jerry’s in Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1500 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Narrows Park Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were 15 Oxycotin 10-milligram tablets.

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (construction). Stolen was a 2002 12-foot utility trailer valued at $5,000, tools valued at $5,000 and materials valued at $4,000.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were six 2-foot by 6-inch copper grounds, 240 feet of No. 6 copper wire, 80 feet of No. 3 copper wire and 100 feet of copper ground wire.

-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). Stolen were a purse, three debit cards and $2,000 in cash.

-Forgery/theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 315 (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited were checks valued at $122, $48 and five checks valued at $13 each.

-Forgery from the 5100 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a check valued at $800.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett. Stolen was a license plate.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Diane Lane, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Identity theft form the 300 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton (other, unknown).

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 1900 block of Highway 46, Shelby.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana (Suffix 02).

-Theft of lost property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket).

Listed stolen and recovered were a travel card, various other cards, an Alabama driver’s license, military I.D. and wallet.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Sydney Lane, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a wallet valued at $30, a check card and $260 in cash.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Sydney Lane, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from Highway 55, Westover (convenience store). Stolen were four gas pumps valued at $10,000.

-Theft from the 100 block of Brantleyville Lane, Maylene. Stolen was a Coleman central air conditioning condenser units (eight coil) valued at more than $1,200.

-Burglary from Blue Loop, Montevallo (other, unknown). Stolen were 100-feet of copper wire from Airco Welding Machine, 125 of copper wire from Miller Welding Machine, 100 feet of copper wire from Smithway Welding Machine a chain saw and 10 Group 38 truck batteries.

-Miscellaneous report from “Chelsea Middle School?”

-Property damage to vehicle from Highway 11 and Highway 36, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu.

-Theft of property from 22 Shady Acres Road, Saginaw Recycling, Alabaster (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were 21 pounds of copper valued at $60.

-Civil dispute from Sydney Lane, Chelsea (other, unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 4500 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1400 block of County Road 97, Columbiana. Stolen were two 4-ton Rudd air conditioners valued at $6,000 and copper wiring from the basement valued at $600. Damaged were a garage door and doorframe in the amount of $80.

-Miscellaneous information from Oak Mountain Elementary School, Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Miscellaneous information from the 5000 block of Shelby Drive, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Lilly Drive, Sterrett. Damaged was a 1997 Dodge Dakota in the amount of $1,200.

-Public intoxication from the Exxon Station, 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station).

-Recovered property-court ordered from the 300 block of Rocky Ridge Circle, Helena. Confiscated, seized was a Smith and Wesson .40-caliber firearm.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. Damaged was a window in the amount of $20.

Nov. 5

-Civil dispute from the 400 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous report from Wal-Mart, 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Possession of marijuana from Calera High School (school, college). Confiscated, seized were two plastic sandwich bags containing 4 grams of green leafy substance.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 area of Chelsea Park (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 700 block of River Park Road, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 200 block of Highway 223, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Highway 119 South/Rolling Ridge, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Ford F-150.

-Civil dispute from the 9000 block of Eagle Valley Lane, Birmingham. Listed were jewelry, a Harley Davidson 2005 Road King Custom and a Ford F-350 pickup truck.

-Harassment from Mt. Laurel Elementary School, Birmingham (school, college).

-Property damage from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a keypad for a gate entrance valued at $350.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 45, Sterrett.

-Death investigation/fire investigation from the 400 block of Dorough Road, Columbiana.

-Property damage from Highway 26 and Paz Drive, Saginaw (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information (house party) from the 6200 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

Nov. 6

-Suicide attempt from Highway 47.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5400 block of Hickory Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4700 block of Highway 280 eastbound (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Willow Lakes Lane, Wilsonville.

-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from Spring Branch Road, Columbiana. Stolen were a Stihl chain saw valued at $688, a hammer valued at $80 and a 12-foot roll of copper pipe valued at $400.

-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of County Road 336, Chelsea (field, woods). Damaged were an aluminum gate and fencing.

-Harassing communications from the 5200 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.

-Theft from the 7000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was fuel.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shady Trail, Alabaster.

-Harassment from Coosa Valley Milling, Wilsonville (commercial).

-Theft of property from the 4500 block of County Road 47, Shelby. Stolen were 135 feet of fence, a sledgehammer and a crow bar valued at $220 total.

-Dogs roaming at large from the 200 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 1800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Hickory Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5500 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Damaged was a Goodyear radial tire in the amount of $60.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3100 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Highway 200, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Nissan Sentra.

-Burglary from the 3700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $800, Dell printer valued at $249, two Sony televisions valued at $1,500, a safe, an Xbox 360 valued at $299 and a PlayStation3 valued at $299.

-Arson from River Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Dubose Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from West Lane, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Found property from Old Highway 280 and Highway 55, Sterrett. Recovered were a wallet, bank debit cards and $32 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Weatherly Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a $100-bill.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Camelia Lane, Maylene.

-Miscellaneous report (razor blades at school) from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered were nine razor blades.

-Property damage, motor vehicle accident – public property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Found property from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from Hamilton Drive, Montevallo.

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 5000 block of Kerry Downs Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a debit card valued at $325.56.

-Identity theft from then 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280/Exxon, Chelsea (service, gas station). Stolen was a wallet valued at $20, an Alabama driver’s license and $1,405 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Camellia Lane, Maylene. Stolen were $500 cash, 30 Loracet 7.5 milligram and 20 Kolonopin 1 milligram.

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea. Stolen were $5 in cash and a credit card valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Willow View Lane, Westover (restaurant). Damaged was a window in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5000 block of Eagle Valley Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was an HP Pavilion laptop computer valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Sharpes Street, Sterrett. Stolen was a Sony Cybershot camera valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from Willow View Lane, Wilsonville. Damaged in the amount of $200 was a 2009 Ford F-150 XLT. Stolen were a briefcase, a digital recorder and files, folders and documents.

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea. Damaged was a vehicle in the amount of $500.

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea. Stolen were HP laptop computers valued at $1,100 and $1,800 and 20 power balance bands valued at $400. Damaged was a 2006 Nissan Frontier in the amount of $900.

-Breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea.

-Breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 600 block of Foothills Trace, Chelsea.

-Same case number and location as above. Stolen was a Glock Model 23 .40-calibe4r handgun valued at $550.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 9000 block of Eagle Valley Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2007 Ford Expedition in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 9000 block of Eagle Valley Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card, debit card and gas credit card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Willow View Lane, Westover. Stolen were a .40-caliber firearm valued at $500, a cold steel knife valued at $125, two cold steel spoons valued at $40 and a key ring with keys.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett. Stolen wee a purse valued at $25, a Nikon digital camera, children’s toys valued at $50, a diaper bag, a Sanyo item valued at $200, a Volvo electronic key valued at $100 and $20.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 4800 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen wee a purse, a Samsung slider phone and a MP3 player.

-Burglary from Shadow Oak Circle, Sterrett. Stolen were 75 30-milligram Oxycodone pills, 75 morphine sulfate 15-milligram pills, 25 other pills and a Sony CD player valued at $120. Damaged was a front door.

-Burglary/theft of property from Surry Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2000 Kawasaki valued at $1,000.

-Sexual abuse from Honeysuckle Lane, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of County Manor Drive, Sterrett.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Brynhurst Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a 2007 Hummer in the amount of $165.
