-Unlawful breaking entering vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Kent Hill Circle. Stolen was a Fender jazz base guitar valued at $1,200, a guitar tuner valued at $100, power cables valued at $60 and guitar strings valued at $12.

-Domestic dispute from the 2100 block of Amberley Woods Terrace, Helena.

-Domestic incident from 1500 Kent Dairy Road.

-Unlawful breaking entering vehicle/theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were a $20-bill and a Regions Bank debit/credit card valued at $2.

-Information only from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were a metal socket containing residue from smoking Dynamite Herbal Incense valued at $1 and a Bag of “Dynamite” 1.5 grams.

-Criminal trespassing/criminal mischief from the 300 block of 11 Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a passenger tire in the amount of $120 and a window screen in the amount of $50.

-Dogs running at large from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (other, unknown).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1200 block of Eighth Avenue Southwest. Stolen was a Dewalt radial arm miter saw valued at $700.

-Counterfeit bill from the 125 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Forged, counterfeited and recovered was a $20-bill.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 9200 block of 119, Palm Beach Tan (department store).

-Property damage from Lowe’s, 235 Colonial Promenade Parkway, suite 109 (department store). Damaged was the concrete base of a parking light pole in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/carrying a pistol without a permit from the 400 block of County Road 11 (highway, street). Recovered were 1.7 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a Ruger 9 mm firearm with seven bullets.

-Recovery from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered was a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora.

-Lost property from Caribbean Circle (highway, street). Listed were a tri-fold wallet, $22 in cash and a CPR license.

-Found property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Recovered were a leather checkbook holder and an Alabama driver’s license.

Nov. 2

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast and 12th Avenue Southeast. Recovered was a clear plastic bag containing several individual bags containing a yellow hard rock substance appearing to be crack cocaine.

Oct. 19

-Property damage from Rosegate Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Pontiac transport van.

-Domestic violence from the 1200 block of Village Trail.

-Harassment from 18th Street (other, unknown).

-Lost property from 5100 Supercenter Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were a Wachovia debit card, Com Data gas card and a wallet.

-Domestic incident from 939 County Road 89.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Dogwood Lane (highway, street). (Suffix 1). Listed was a prescription bottle of 37 Alprazolam 2-milligram.

-Identity theft from Enclave Avenue (bank).

-Theft from 5100 Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were house shoes valued at $12.

-Criminal trespass from the 1000 block of Kensington Manor Drive (parking lot, garage).

Oct. 21

-Burglary from the 200 block of Sumner Drive.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from Moss Hill Lane. Stolen were various cards and $30 in cash.

-Theft from the 100 block of Cove Landing (bank). Stolen was $900 converted to Canadian.

-Driving under the influence of controlled substance/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Foundry Road/Alabama Highway 25 (highway, street). (Suffix 1). Listed were a prescription bottle of 42 Oxycontin 20-milligram tablets, 11 Hydrocodone 10-milligram, two Xanax 1-milligram and two Oxycodone 20-milligram tablets.

-Property damage from County Road 227 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (bank). Damaged was the faceplate to the night deposit box in the amount of $100.

-Property damage from 676 Ballantrae Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a 5-foot by 5-foot section of grass in the amount of $50, the lower limbs of a 30-foot tree and a ground cable for an Alabama power pole.

Oct. 28

-Burglary from the 1900 block of McCain Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was metal siding and insulation in the amount of $300.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were four Alabama Power Company Credit Union checks.

Confiscated, seized were an orange prescription bottle with white cap containing 1 gram of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $10, a plastic Baggie containing 13 rams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $30, a clear glass pipe with red, white and blue swirls valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Beaver Trail. Stolen were jewelry valued at $2,500, a leather Liz Claiborne purse valued at $25 and a wallet with checkbook and credit/debit cards valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Valleyview Drive. Damaged were two rear windows in the amount of $250.

-Dogs not to be roaming at large from the 2200 block of Richmond Lane.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Oak Forest Drive. Stolen was a Citizen Gent Eco-Drive watch valued at $700.

-Found property from Pelham Police patrol unit 256 (parking lot, garage). Listed were a woman’s wallet valued at $15, $90 in U.S. currency, three Mexican identifications, and two Visa payment cards.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Hidden Creek Parkway. Damaged was a garage door (painted with spray-paint) in the amount of $200.

-Assault from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle. Confiscated, seized were a Beretta Model 21 A 25-caliber pistol valued at $150 and eight .25-caliber bullets valued at $2.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from 613 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from 60 Drivers Way (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Fuji digital camera valued at $400 and a Canon camera valued at $300. (Suffix 01).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 60 Drivers Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Ford Explorer in the amount of $500. Stolen were a Garmin global positioning unit valued at $110, a Kodak digital camera valued at $150, a Nextel flip phone valued at $400 and 70 CDs valued at $700.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 60 Drivers Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2011 Toyota Avalon in the amount of $500. (Suffix 00).

-Unexplained lost property from 2000 Pelham Parkway-IHOP (restaurant). Stolen was a Droid Incredible valued at $475.

-Theft of property from Publix Grocery Store, 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $78.

-Public intoxication from 101 Southgate Drive (restaurant).

-Damaged property from Weatherly Club Drive at Oxford Way (highway, street). Damaged was a 1989 Volkswagen Golf in the amount of $500.
