COLUMBIANA — The time to submit nominations for the fifth annual South Shelby Chamber of Commerce Diamond Awards is now.

The chamber will honor and recognize outstanding members with Diamond Awards of Excellence. Awards will be made to the outstanding new business of the year, business of the year, citizen of the year and ambassador of the year.

The awards will be presented on Dec. 2 at the chamber’s annual meeting at the Columbiana United Methodist Church. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Deadline for nominations for new business of the year and business of the year is Nov. 12.
