The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 12-21:

Oct. 12

-Miscellaneous information from the 10500 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Rape from Highway 435, Columbiana.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville (storage facility). Stolen were a Campbell air compressor valued at $600, an air tool set valued at $350, a skil saw valued at $65, a kerosene heater valued at $90 and two plastic toolboxes with tools.

Oct. 13

-Harassment from Highway 25, Vandiver (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous information (fight) from the 10500 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Assault from the 9400 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Burglary/harassing communications from the 3500 block of Wyngate Trace, Birmingham. Stolen were photos, two tires for a four-wheeler, a tag from a trailer in the driveway, mail and a keyboard for a computer.

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 5300 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were two copper grounding plates valued at $800 and two feet of green-jacketed copper wire valued at $7. Damaged was a building in the amount of $200.

-Burglary from the 4000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a steel entrance door in the amount of $200. Stolen were a wooden jewelry box with costume jewelry valued at $1,000 and a metal security box key valued at $10.

-Breaking and entering vehicle from Highway 41, Leeds.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 10900 block of U.S. Highway 280 (government, public building). Stolen was copper pipe. Damaged were a garage door window and two chain link fences.

-Criminal mischief from County Road 71 at County Road 405, Shelby. Damaged were wiring on a propane operated heat pump and wiring in a garage area (both cut) in the amount of $700.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from Clairmont Road, Sterrett (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a debit card item valued at $299.20.

-Forgery from the 3600 block of Highway 83, Vincent. Forged, counterfeited were checks totaling $310.62.

-Domestic investigation from Lake Circle, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (convenience store). Damaged was 2010 Jeep.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Heath Row Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a front door in the amount of $400.

-Property damage from Caldwell Mill Road and Appaloosa Trail, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Toyota Avalon.

-Discharge duty weapon from Caldwell Mill Road and Appaloosa Trail, Birmingham (highway, street). Listed as damaged were two .40-caliber Speer duty rounds.

-Domestic violence assault from the 4200 block of Inverness Cliffs.

Oct. 14

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Rape from Highway 11, Chelsea. (Suffix 01).

-Sodomy/domestic violence from Highway 61, Wilsonville. (Suffix 01).

-Agency assist/recovered property from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (other, unknown). Recovered were a Omega Seamaster professional watch, seven $100-bills and Bose headphones.

-Theft of property from Old Highway 280, Sterrett. Stolen was a 1997 Chevrolet 1500-271 listed as stolen and recovered.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. (Suffix 02).

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were 40 Oxycodone and 40 Klonopin.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2007 GSXR 600 motorcycle valued at $8,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Bluebird Lane, Shelby. Stolen were a Springfield XD .45 firearm valued at $500, a Smith and Wesson .38 firearm valued at $400, a Walther two-in-one laser/light valued at $75 and a composite holster for the XD .45 valued at $50.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from thbe 1000 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster. Stolen were items valued at $116.35, $12.94, $19.95 and $139.98.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Stolen were 81 Hydrocodone APAP 10-milligram pills valued at $60 and 81 Clonozepam 1-milligram tablets valued at $22.50.

-Miscellaneous information from unknown.

-Property damage from Mt. Signal Cemetery from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (church). Damaged was the Iron Gate to the cemetery.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3200 block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from Chism Circle, Montevallo. Stolen were three Charter Cable metal cable boxes and one Charter Cable wireless Internet box.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Violation of protection order from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.

-Hindering prosecution or apprehension from the 200 block of First Avenue East, Helena.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12-years-old from Highway 221, Montevallo.

Oct. 15

-Criminal littering from the 1000 block of Locksley Circle, Birmingham. Listed were multiple rolls of toilet paper in trees and a yard.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea. (Suffix 01).

-Harassment from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea. (Suffix 02).

-Miscellaneous information (meth lab) from Highway 55, Wilsonville (field, woods).

-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Missing person from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from New Bridge lane, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Lakeside Circle, Wilsonville. Damaged to a vehicle amounted to $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of Windchase Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a laptop computer.

-Harassment – domestic violence from Forrest Road, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (field, woods). Stolen were 100 water meters valued at $8,000 and copper pipe valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 6700 block of County Road 55, Wilsonville. Stolen were a pair of Zeiss binoculars valued at $1,700 and a set of camouflage mud walkers valued at $150.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Blackstone Court, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 47500 block of Highway 280, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2007 Land Rover valued at $34,900.

-Willful abuse of child from the 1000 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 5400 block of Highway 280 South, Birmingham (restaurant). Damaged was a double pane window in the amount of $1,000. Stolen were a cash drawer containing $300 valued at $700, nine bottle of beer valued at $30 and about five bottles of wine valued at $60.

-Theft of services from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen were $729.74 worth of services.

-Violation of Community Notification Act (living with a minor) from the 1300 block of Franklin Road, Pelham.

Oct. 16

-Hit-and-run from Highway 155/Asberry Road, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a 1994 Nissan Sentra in the amount of $1,000.

-Public intoxication from the 7000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station).

-Criminal mischief from Huckleberry Drive, Maylene. Damaged were a rear metal door and frame.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were three Silverstar Sylvania lights valued at $58.44 and two Skinny Denim Miley Cyrus Jeans valued at $36.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett. Confiscated, seizes was one homemade greeting card.

-Public intoxication from the 500 block of Church Street, Wilton.

-Theft of property from the 1800 block of County Road 30, Columbiana. Stolen as a brown female Dachshund, 1-year-old, valued at $500.

-Property damage from Brook Highland Parkway and Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Honda Civic.

-Recovered property from the 100 block of Blackstone Court, Chelsea. Recovered was a 1997 Volkswagen Jetta.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was about $7,000 in cash.

-Domestic violence (harassing communications)/violation of protection from abuse from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was jewelry valued at $2,085.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Slaughter Drive, Vincent.

-Death investigation from the 700 block of Barkley Circle, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed was medication.

Oct. 17

-Harassment from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Assault from the 600 block of County Road 491, Vandiver.

-Harassing communications from the 5000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from Lowe’s, U.S. Highway 280 or Brook Highland Drive (parking lot, garage. Stolen was a 2000-watt Honda generator valued at $1,200.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Sheila Point, Shelby. Stolen were tools valued at $1,500, a gold necklace with cross valued at $500, a Seadoo two-seater Jet Ski valued at $1,000 and a BC Rich Warlock electric guitar valued at $200.

-Death investigation from Sunrise Lane, Sterrett.

Oct. 18

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Depot Street, Montevallo.

-Motor vehicle accident-deer versus car from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a 1999 Ford F-350.

-Harassing communications from the 31000 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Harassing communication from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Allowing livestock to roam at large from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 1993 Nissan pickup in the amount of $600.

-Harassing communications from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Truss Curry Circle, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby Drive, Birmingham. Recovered was about .5 grams of marijuana and a homemade water/gravity bong with bowl (socket).

-Domestic violence/assault/harassing communications from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby (highway, street).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 7200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (construction). Stolen were tools valued at $1,803.

-Theft of property from the 7200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (construction). Stolen were tools valued at $380. (Suffix 01).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (commercial). Forged, counterfeited was a Vida item valued at $763.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Bluebird Lane, Shelby. Stolen was a 2000 Chevrolet Suburban valued at $5,000.

-Burglary from Maple crest Drive, Westover. Stolen were a 12-foot extension cord valued at $10 and an auto item valued at $600.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Primrose Lane, Shelby. Stolen were a 42-inch Vizio flat screen television valued at $1,300. Stolen and recovered were 40 video games and CDs valued at $300.

-Theft of property from Wind song Lane, Columbiana. Stolen were a box fan valued at $30, drill press valued at $150, light valued at $10, metal vise valued at $25, Stanley sockets and wrenches valued at $30, a chair and desk valued at $30 and a hand held grinder valued at $150.

-Burglary from the 2700 block of Highway 25, Wilton. Stolen were a mini-fridge valued at $50, a wheelbarrow valued at $50 and a cedar chest valued at $50.

-Burglary from Fifth Avenue, Shelby. Stolen were tools valued at $60, two lampshades valued at $10 and paper products valued at $20.

-Domestic violence-assault/harassing communications from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby.

-Use of false identity to obstruct justice from Commerce Street, Montevallo.

Oct. 19

-Structure fire from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Burned was a singlewide trailer/damage to kitchen.

-Domestic investigation from the Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Lybrand Road, Westover. Damaged was a shed.

-Property damage from the 3300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Found property from the 7500 block of County Road 41, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered was a Sony Trinitron monitor valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous information/suspected drug activity from Oak Mountain Lodge, Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Sydney lane, Chelsea.

-Community notification violation from the 100 block of Sullivan Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2006 Ford Focus.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 5900 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville. Stolen were a .38 revolver valued at $300 and three boxes of .38-caliber ammo valued at $40.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 19000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a debit card item valued at $712.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Masonry Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were jewelry valued at $600, a Betty Boop collector’s doll valued at $500, photos, videos and crystal plates valued at $2,000 (all values approximate).

-Offense against intellectual property/identity theft from the 200 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Listed was a bank account. (Suffix 03).

-Offense against intellectual property/identity theft from the 200 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Listed was a 401 K account. (Suffix 04).

Oct. 21

-Property damage from Oak Mountain Middle School, Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college). Damaged was a front entry canopy, fascia, ceiling and light fixtures in the amount of $3,000.
