The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 5-13:

Oct. 5

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen were a Samsung Strive cell phone and case valued at $19.99, $12 in cash, a purse valued at $25 and a Kodak Easyshare digital camera valued at $100.

Oct. 6

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3200 block of Highway 77, Columbiana. Confiscated, seized was 1.1 grams of vegetable matter in a plastic bag.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Highway 470, Leeds.

-Attempted arson from the 200 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Damaged was the underpinning of a mobile home.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster (Chandler Health and Rehab) (other, unknown).

-Death investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 16, Montevallo.

-Harassment/unlawful imprisonment from Red Tip Lane, Helena.

-Civil dispute from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (specialty store).

Oct. 7

-Domestic violence investigation from the 400 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville.

-Robbery from the 1100 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two pills of Lorazapam.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Highway 46, Shelby. Stolen was a pitbull valued at $500.

-Property damage from the 3500 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a 1999 Nissan Altima.

-Theft of property from Pickens Drive, Westover. Stolen was $100 in cash and a Visa gift card.

-Property damage from Oak Mountain Middle School, the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Miscellaneous information from the 5300 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana. Stolen were a miter saw valued at $700 and tools valued at $700.

-Death investigation from the 4500 block of Highway 18, Montevallo.

-Theft by deception from the 4600 block of Highway 280 South, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were two DVDs valued at $54.98, a Sony Blu-ray player valued at $249.99, a WD My Book external hard driver valued at $99,99 and two lamp shades valued at $49.98.

Oct. 8

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of King’s Way, Birmingham. Stolen were a tote bag, bank card, credit card, $500 in signed checks, a cash debit card valued at $600, a Mac Book Pro valued at $1,300 and Tom Ford sunglasses valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of King’s Way, Birmingham. Same case number as above. Stolen were $1,400 in cash, bank card, credit card, Delta travel card, makeup bag, wallet and purse and another card.

-Recovered property from Highway 280 and Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated were brass knuckles.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6000 block of Lyndon Drive, Birmingham.

-Sex abuse of a child less than 12-years-old from Weldon Street, Wilsonville.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville. Damaged was a doublewide manufactured home.

-Animal bite from Lyndon Drive, Birmingham.

-Animal complaint from Lybrand Road, Sterrett (highway, street).

-Property damage from the 200 block of Albright Lane, Vincent (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Expedition.

-Civil dispute from the 400 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville.

-Menacing from the 25000 block of Highway 145 (field, woods).

-Civil dispute from the 6000 block of Stone Lane, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Lake Chelsea Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was a Ruger .38 Special valued at $450 and a Olympus FE 4000 valued at $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Lake Chelsea Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was a Schrade 4.5-inch Macarta handle skinning knife with hook on top valued at $50.

-Home repair fraud from the 300 block of Wildwood Lane, Indian Springs. Forged, counterfeited was an item valued at $3,798.07.

-Death investigation from the 800 block Third Street Northeast, Alabaster (Shelby Ridge Nursing Home) (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous report from the 100 block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Narrows parkway, Birmingham (government, public building).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Wilkerson Circle, Helena. Confiscated, seized were a metal pipe made from old casing and digital scales.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 17 at Dana Drive, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 3 grams of cocaine base (crack cocaine).

Oct. 9

-Harassment from the 30000 block of Highway 25,Wilsonville (commercial).

-Assault from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the hood of a 2003 Mazda 6.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 11000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Theft from the 100 block of Astor Circle, Chelsea. Stolen was a Remington 30-06 firearm valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous information (property recovered) from Book Highland Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama tag.

-Domestic violence – harassment /criminal mischief from the 100 block of Rachel Lane, Wilsonville. Damaged was an Apple iPhone in the amount of $200.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Morris – Wright Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 55, Sterrett (church). Damaged was a copper line to a gas tank (cut) in the amount of $50.

-Harassing communications from the 9200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Runaway from Highway 119 and 22 (Texaco Station), Montevallo (convenience store).

-Death investigation from Brantleyville Lane, Maylene.

Oct. 10

-Harassment from the 11000 block of County Road 61 North, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 7200 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Highway 280 near County Road 41 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Hyundai Elanta.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 6300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (commercial).

-Burglary from Aviation Lane, Shelby. Stolen was a PSE compound bow valued at $250.

-Found property from Caldwell Mill Road and Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered were a credit card, a wallet, Alabama driver’s license and $2.

-Theft of property from the 17,600 block of Highway 25, Columbiana. Stolen were a refrigerator, microwave and four wooden chairs valued at $650 total.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were Zanax (Alprazolam).

-Public lewdness from the 100 block of Daddy Lane, Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a mailbox (dented).

-Theft from the 200 block of Canyon Park Road, Pelham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an American license plate valued at $100.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Burglary from the 1700 block of Rocky Ridge Road, Columbiana. Stolen were a Vanguard heater valued at $250, a window air conditioning unit valued at $200 and two walkie-talkies valued at $100.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of River Front Street, Shelby.

Oct. 11

-Assault from the 100 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5600 block of Hunt Cliff Road. Recovered were a glass pipe and 13.5 grams of green leafy substance. (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence – harassment from Strawberry Road, Shelby.

-Production of child pornography from Briarwood Drive, Columbiana.

-Attempted burglary/criminal mischief from Brantly Lake Road, Maylene. Damaged was the doorjamb on a sliding glass door.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from High Mesa Circle, Chelsea.

-Property damage from Alabama 119/Bridge Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information-property damage from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (highway, street). (Suffix 02).

-Domestic violence – reckless endangerment from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (highway, street). (Suffix 01).

-Animal bite from the 4200 block of Hetherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Cherry Drive, Alabaster. Listed was a bottle of Adderal (30 count).

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.

-Attempt/theft of property from the 100 block of Third Avenue, Shelby. Damaged were two Carrier air conditioning units in the amount of $3,500.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Highway 61. Stolen was a train air conditioning unit valued at $2,500.

-Domestic violence assault from the 5600 block of Huntcliff Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the Internet. Stolen were unauthorized wire transfers and debit card charges to a checking account in the amount of $2,512.

-Theft of property from the 6700 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen was an unknown amount of copper wire valued at $500. Damaged were lines cut on an air conditioning unit in the amount of $400.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Foothills Trace Chelsea. Stolen were four AT&T phones and service valued at $2,800.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Crenshaw Road, Columbiana. Stolen was an exterior cooling unit valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property from the 4100 block of County Road 109, Columbiana. Stolen was a Goodman exterior cooling unit valued at $1,500.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1500 block of Southern Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence -harassment from Barrett Street, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Chelsea Ridge Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a Goodman 13 SEER exterior cooling unit valued at $1,500.

-Theft from the 500 block of Season Road, Sterrett. Stolen was a Rossi 88 pistol valued at $380.

-Theft from the 1600 block of Shelby Springs Road, Columbiana. Stolen was a 1987 Toyota Corolla.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Paradise Way, Wilsonville. Stolen was HVAC unit valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence-reckless endangerment from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (highway, street). (Suffix 01).

-Theft of property (possible) from Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Stolen were four checks and a debit card.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Civil dispute from Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville.

-Animal bite from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Property damage from County Road 280 near Narrows Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero.

Oct. 12

-Theft of property from Depot Street, Wilton. Stolen was a 2000 Honda Accord.

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Lake Chelsea Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was a check.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Elvira Road, Helena. Stolen were a Taurus .40 firearm, nylon holster and two magazines valued at $600 and a Dell computer valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Stolen was a HVAC unit valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4600 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville. Stolen was a Boost mobile phone battery valued at $30.

-Structure fire investigation from the 600 block of Seale Road, Calera. Damaged was a single family dwelling.

-Driving under the influence from the 5300 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street).
