On Sept. 11, Vincent High School cadets went on a wild ride down the Ocoee River in Tennessee. Fifty-eight cadets and chaperones enjoyed a three-hour raft trip. Cadets navigated their way down the river through several class four rapids and many smaller class two and three rapids. Some rapids included Hell’s Hole, Broken Nose and Cat’s Pajamas. The Vincent JROTC program goes whitewater rafting annually.
