The Montevallo High School football team fell 69-0 on the road at Gordo in a Class 3A, Region 4 contest Oct. 15.

Montevallo (2-6 overall, 1-5 in Class 3A, Region 4) rushed for 113 yards on 43 attempts.

B.J. Smith led the Bulldogs with 79 rushing yards on 12 carries.

Taylor Burr completed 6-of-13 passes 37 yards with two interceptions.

Montevallo will close Class 3A, Region 4 contest Oct. 22 at home against Hale County.
