Sept. 9
-Use of issued firearm from the 14000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (highway, street).
Sept. 15
-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from Vineyard Lane, Birmingham.
-Reckless endangerment from Caldwell Mill Road and Valleydale Road, Birmingham (convenience store). (Suffix 01).

Sept. 16
-Fraudulent use of credit or debit card/theft of property from the 800 building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were nine charges on a MasterCard debit card valued at $886.20.
Fraudulent use of credit or debit card/theft of property from the 800 building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were 20 charges on a MasterCard debit card valued at $1,311.59.
-Domestic violence/harassment from Diamond Lane, Montevallo.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Winn Dixie, Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a faked $50-bill.
-Miscellaneous information from the 17000 block of Highway 55, Vandiver.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered were JOB 1.0 rolling papers and white/orange item.
-Harassing communications from the 300 block of West Sterrett Street, Columbiana.
-Manufacture of controlled substance from Highway 280 and old 280, Chelsea (convenience store). Confiscated, seized were a box of CVS nasal decongestant 96 tablets, a box of Walgreens nasal decongestant, eight Energizer lithium batteries, two CVS instant cold packs and 19 assorted jewelry items.
-Property damage from Highway 25, Wilton (highway, street). Damaged was a front windshield on a 1997 Ford Ranger.
-Property damage from the 100 building of Cambrian Way, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the left rear bumper of a 2005 Jeep Liberty.
-Property damage from the 2100 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Civil dispute from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Stolen were electronic items valued at $1,375.
-Permitting dogs and cats to run at large from the 900 block of County Road 10, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Mission Hills Road, Alabaster.
-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Indian Springs Lane.
-Carrying concealed weapon from County Road 18 and County Road 89, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a Hi-point firearm, a 9mm firearm with magazine and eight 9 mm bullets and a holster.

-Domestic violence – menacing from the 100 block of Highway 478, Leeds.
-Property damage from the 15000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt driver’s side quarter panel.
-Theft of property from the 4500 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2006 Honda motorcycle valued at $4,000.
-Domestic violence/assault from Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Four J Road, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 4800 block of County Road 39, Chelsea. Stolen were two game consoles valued at $299,99 and two games valued at $80.
Sept. 22
-Domestic violence – assault from the 1000 block of Forest Lakes Way, Sterrett.
-Public intoxication/domestic investigation from the 6800 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Theft of property from the 7400 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Stolen were two batteries, one of which was valued at $55.
-Civil dispute from Wade Drive, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information from Eddings Lane, Alabaster. Listed were various cards.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of County Road 438, Wilsonville. Damaged was a one-foot section of brick mortar at the front door threshold.
-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $125.
-Attempted to elude from Highway 17 and Big Oak Drive, Alabaster (highway, street). (Suffix 02).
-Harassing communications from the 5000 block of U.S. 280 West, Birmingham (bar).
-Domestic violence (harassment)/resisting arrest from the 11000 block of Highway 41, Leeds.
-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Old Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Stolen were an unassembled Gulf Steel storage building valued at $10,000 and a six-food heavy duty landscaping box blade valued at $3,000.
-Miscellaneous information from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Burglary from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. Stolen were 30 feet of copper wiring.
-Burglary/theft from the 5000 block of Old Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a 55-inch Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $350 and two 15-inch aluminum wheels valued at $300.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were two HP Smart Touch computers valued at $898.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5400 block of Palomino Trail, Birmingham. Stolen were a MasterCard, Visa debit card, Visa and credit card.
-Domestic violence – harassment from County Road 260 at County Road 270 Brantleyville (highway, street). (Suffix 01).
-Domestic violence – assault from the 3000 block of County Road 45, Sterrett.
-Driving under the influence – combined influence/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 25 at Steam Plant (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were an Aleve bottle with socket attached with marijuana residue, a Panasonic voice recorder, a Phillips CD player, a Nikon Coolpix camera, an iPod, a Durabrand CD player and a small box containing jewelry.
-Rape/sexual abuse from County Road 93, Helena.
-Death investigation from the 400 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Property damage from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Damages were a dent and chip in paint on a driver’s door in the amount of $200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Civil dispute from Sonic, Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea (restaurant).
-Animal complaint from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Westover.
-Harassing communications from the 5700 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Assault from Oak Mountain Elementary School, Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 4000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Honda Civic in the amount of $300.
-Public intoxication/property damage from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were a porch, ramp and rails.
-Gas drive off from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (convenience store). Stolen was unleaded gasoline valued at $28.49.
-Public intoxication from the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 280 (Dairy Queen), Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Indecent exposure from a school bus on Old Highway 280 (other, unknown).
-Death investigation from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Ballard Lane, Alabaster. Stolen were 57 Loritab pills valued at $5.
-Theft of property from Looseleaf Lane, Vincent (other, unknown). Stolen were credits on 10 transactions valued at $14,600.
-Forgery from the 4100 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited were four unknown instruments valued at $6,414 and a debit card.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of County Road 10, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was an air-to-air radiator, John Deere trackhoe valued at $3,690.
-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Rustic Woods Drive, Columbiana. Confiscated, seized were a Glock Model 19 9 mm firearm with loaded clip and a white cloth.
-Criminal possession of forged instrument/theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (bank). Stolen was $450 in cash.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of County Road 471, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 11000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 1000 block of Highland Land, Birmingham.
-Menacing from the 100 block of Peekaboo Lane, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Property damage from the 4100 block of County Road 47, Shelby. Damages included a scratch on the rear bumper of a 2005 Ford Taurus.

-Theft of property from Highway 479, Vincent. Stolen three chrome wheels valued at $3,000.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Timber Ridge Drive, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Death investigation from the 600 block of Barkley Circle, Alabaster. Listed was damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Burglary from the 5300 block of Dunnavant Valley Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were a PlayStation 3 valued at $300, gym bag valued at $20 and an iPod Nano valued at $200.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 20000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Highland Lakes Way, Birmingham. Damaged was a glass insert in a castle entryway a front door valued at $501.
-Animal complaint from Highway 479, Vincent.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Brent Road, Chelsea.
-Structure fire from the 500 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville. Damaged was an abandoned mobile home.
-Property damage from the 2900 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

Sept. 26
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Barnett Street, Montevallo (restaurant).
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Mountain Vista Drive, Indian Springs. Stolen was a 14-foot utility trailer valued at $1,650.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 1100 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.
-Rape/possession of child pornography from Highway 332, Pelham.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highway 402, Shelby.
-Burglary from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Watson Grocery, Vandiver (convenience store). Damaged were ductwork and vent in the floor and a cash register in the amount of $1,700 total. Stolen were $1,873 in cash and 180 carton of cigarettes valued at $7,200.
-Domestic violence -harassment from the 1000 block of Highway 204, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence (harassment)/criminal trespass/theft of property from the 5100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Samsung cell phone valued at $350.
-Theft from the 5200 block of Dunnavant Valley West, Birmingham. Stolen were a 2001 motorcycle valued at $10,000, a Smith and Wesson 9 mm firearm valued at $300 and a Smith and Wesson firearm valued at $450.
-Domestic investigation from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.
-Disorderly conduct from the 30000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. (Suffix 01).
-Use of false identity to obstruct justice from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison).
-Theft of property/found property from the 9000 block of Gallops Cross Road, Harpersville. Stolen/recovered were two 26-inch bicycles valued at $200 each.
-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett. Stolen were copper lines from an air conditioning unit.

-Structure fire from the 200 block of Highway 438,Chelsea. Damaged were a 2008 Coachhouse RV valued at $110,000, a Kabota tractor valued at $14,000, a utility trailer valued at $250, a rotor tiller Kabota valued at $450, a scrap blade valued at $250 and a lawn sweep valued at $175.
