The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Aug. 25-Sept. 7:
Aug. 25
-Harassing communication from the 53000 block of Highway 28, Vandiver.
Aug. 28
-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 37, Columbiana. Stolen were hand tools, 15-feet of chain link fence, 20 pieces of 20-foot 2 by 6 lumber and aluminum scrap valued at a total of $700.
Aug. 30
-Theft from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Stolen were metals channels (structural), miscellaneous short channels, 6 by 6 14-foot metal tubing, a Briggs and Straton concrete mixer motor and rebar.
Sept. 1
-Criminal trespass from Long Meadow Way, Maylene.
-Property damage (motor vehicle) from Highway 47/47, Shelby (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Ford 500 in the amount of $1,000.
-Domestic investigation from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from the 2100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were two rubber door guards-paint damage in the amount of $200.
-Permitting dogs or cats to run at large from the 3000 block of County Road 331, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Animal bite from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane (highway, street).
-Harassment from Sun Valley Circle, Sterrett.
-Property damage from the 2200 block of Highway 13, Helena (highway, street).
-Domestic dispute from Highway 43, Vandiver.
-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Miscellaneous information from the 4900 block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham.
-Identity theft from the 1500 block of Southern Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Capital One credit card item valued at $1,412.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Raven Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Pit-bull Lab mix dog weighing 35 pounds.
-Rape from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Day Loop Road, Leeds. Stolen were a Craftsman toolbox valued at $100 and hand tools valued at $200.
-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Lakeside Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Dan Wesson .357-caliber nine-capacity magnum valued at $350, a Ruger .22-caliber long rifle magnum valued at $200, a Ruger .22-caliber 10-capacity magnum valued at $350 and a Ruger .22-caliber small pistol valued at $200.
-Robbery from Harris Drive, Montevallo. Stolen were 179 Lortab 7.5-milligram valued at $61.29.
-Animal bite (dog) from Highway 25, Vincent.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Meadowcroft Circle, Birmingham.
Sept. 2
-Domestic violence harassment from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a window screen in the amount of $50.
-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett.
-Domestic investigation from the 9400 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.
-Harassing communications from Old Mill Road, Sterrett.
-Manufacture of controlled substance/trafficking in methamphetamine from the 1300 block of Highway 99, Shelby. Confiscated, seized were a metal spoon valued at $1.50, a plastic straw valued at 10 cents, an active methamphetamine lab and about 35 grams of Meth Oil.
-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Joe White Road, Shelby. Stolen was a Milwaukee power hammer drill valued at $250.
-Miscellaneous information from the 2700 block of Highway 25, Montevallo. Forged, counterfeited were Chase and MasterCard credit cards.
Theft from the 200 block of Ridgeview Lake Road, Alabaster. (Suffix 02). Stolen were three Porter Cable trim nail guns and one Porter Cable frame nail gun.
-Theft from the 200 block of Ridgeview Lake Road, Alabaster. (Suffix 01). Stolen were a Vizio 42-inch LCD flat screen television, a 12-gauge single shot shotgun, a .22 Browning Belgium Ladyfinger rifle, a .22 Marlin Stainless rifle, three AK 7.62/39 magazines and ammo and assorted boxes of ammo.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Beach Way, Birmingham. Stolen were an Echo weed trimmer valued at $300 and a Gary Fisher “Piranha” mountain bike valued at $600.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Highway 337, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was an HTC cell phone valued at $429.
-Identity theft from the 5300 block of Harvest Ridge Lane. Stolen was a Capital One credit card.
-Domestic violence assault from Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.
-Burglary from the 4100 block of County Road 22, Montevallo. Damaged was a 32-inch wood entrance door in the amount of $50. Stolen were two GE washing machines valued at $600, a 15,000 BTU air conditioning window unit valued at $200, a GE dryer valued at $300, two Phonograph eight track stereo systems valued at $50 each and wrought iron furniture valued at $200.
-Attempted suicide from Medowgreen Drive, Montevallo.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Stolen were 44 Lortab 10’s. Damaged was a Sentry Safe in the amount of $50.
Sept. 3
-Criminal mischief/violation of protection from abuse order from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Corolla (spray paint on car).
-Criminal trespass from Shores Drive, Columbiana.
-Death investigation from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Harassing communications from August Road, Columbiana.
-Trespassing from the 1000 block of Huntcliff Road, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 400 block of Highway 36, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Honda Accord.
-Animal complaint (dog-bite) from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.
-Property damage from Interstate 65 North (highway, street). Damaged was a passenger side mirror on a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $49.
-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Tangled Way, Shelby. Damaged were wires connected to a Direct TV dish and screen mesh on a back porch.
-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of County Road 93, Helena.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (commercial).
-Death investigation from the 11000 block of Highway 41, Leeds.
-Death investigation from the 300 block of Wooten Road, Alabaster. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Miscellaneous information (suspicious incident) from Highway 43, Vandiver (other, unknown).
-Hindering prosecution from the 2100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Missionary Ridge, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged was a specialty lock on a closet door in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 6500 block of Beaverbrook Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Suicide attempt from Sunset Lakes Circle, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous information from the 600 block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea.
-Property damage from the 2700 block of Highway 39 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Saturn Outlook.
-Property damage from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a rear taillight assembly on a 2007 Nissan Quest in the amount of $300.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana.
-Criminal mischief/harassing communications from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Damaged was a windowpane in the amount of $50.
-Criminal mischief from Pioneer Village, Montevallo. Damaged were a Insignia 42-inch LCD television and a Dynex 42-inch LCD television ins the amount of $935, as well as an outside window, an interior door and wall and a bathroom mirror.
-Miscellaneous information from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 at Chesser Drive, Chelsea (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was 1.1 gram of marijuana.
-Forgery from Trails End, Chelsea. Forged, counterfeited was a check for $3,950.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 1300 block of Franklin Road, Pelham. Damaged was a front window on a 1997 Dodge Dakota in the amount of $300. Stolen was a Clear Advantage coffee mug valued at $25.
-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Highway 491, Vandiver. Damaged was a single pane window in the amount of $200.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Winn Dixie, Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (supermarket). Forged counterfeited were five $50-bills of U.S. currency.
-Rape/fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Silver Lane, Alabaster. Listed stolen were a 10-inch car speaker valued at $10, jewelry valued at $300 and a 150-watt car stereo amp valued at $150. Damaged was a 1988 Mercury Cougar tire in the amount of $150.

-Domestic investigation from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief from Highway 42 at Shelby Ironworks, Shelby (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT in the amount of $370.
-Property damage from the 8200 block of County Road 270, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup in the amount of $10,000.
-Domestic violence – (harassment) from the 4400 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Shelby Drive, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 700 block of Highway 446, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Highway 311, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of County Road 335, Chelsea.
-Property damage from Highway 41/Greystone Cove, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were a headlight assembly and hood in the amount of $3,500.
-Robbery from Joseph Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were eight Xanax.
-Domestic violence – assault from Southwood Drive.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster (other, unknown).
-Miscellaneous information report (child custody) from the 2200 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.
Sept. 6
-Burglary from Nolen Street, Birmingham (construction). Damages were 60 feet of copper tubing in the amount of $100 and a home under construction pipe installation and repair in the amount of $1,000.
-Animal cruelty from LB Drive, Pelham. Damaged was a 30-pound female dog.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana form Highway 47 at Highway 307, Shelby (highway, street). (Suffix 01). Recovered was a cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance (marijuana).
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 300 block of Middle Street, Montevallo (school, college). Confiscated, seized were .7 grams Clonazepam pills and 1.0-grams Hydrocodone pills.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster (other, unknown). Confiscated, seized were medications.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Cheshire Road, Sterrett.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Crossbrook Trail, Chelsea. Stolen were a wheelbarrow and an air compressor valued at $240 total.
-Miscellaneous information-disorderly person from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2005 Toyota Tacoma.
-Interference with custody of child from Jim n Nicks, Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant).
-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Damaged was a power meter box in the amount of $250.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby. Stolen was $150 in U.S. currency. Recovered was a wooden box.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (commercial).
