The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Aug. 29-Sept 8:

Aug. 31
-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Willow Glen Drive. Damaged was a 1999 Chevrolet Cavilier back window in the amount of $500.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 800 block of 15th Avenue Southwest. Involved a 2008 GMC Envoy.
-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Kent Dairy Road (specialty store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $32.45.
-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (department store). Stolen and recovered were three Alabama hats valued at $7, two Fructis shampoo and conditioner valued at $10.50, Dawn detergent valued at $2.50, two razors valued at $9.25, a bandana valued at $2, a glow in the dark item valued at $1 and tax valued at $3.70.

-Domestic incident from Meriweather Drive.
Aug. 31
-Property damage from the 800 block of County Road 12 (highway, street). Damaged was a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis in the amount of $1,000.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Mayfair Lane.
Sept. 1
-Burglary/theft from the 100 block of Danbury Lane. Stolen were Whirlpool items including a washer and dryer valued at $1,400, a Panasonic Blue Ray player valued at $225 and a television wall mount valued at $50.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Carrington Lane.
-Theft/criminal mischief from the 400 block of County Road 310 (other, unknown). Stolen were four copper straps valued at $200, copper grounding valued at $600 and copper wiring valued at $300. Damaged in the amount of $300 was fencing.
Sept. 2
-Recovery of property from Cornerstone Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a 2005 Acura TL.
-Theft from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (specialty store). Stolen was a Rock River generator valued at $941.16.
-Incident from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (department store).
-Domestic violence from Interstate 65 near mile marker 231 (highway, street).
Sept. 3
-Incident from 11967 Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a section of asphalt in the amount of $300.
-Harassing communications from 295 Dunwar Drive.
-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from Interstate 65 mile marker 232 southbound (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Cadillac Deville in the amount of $200. Stolen was a Kenwood stereo valued at $400.
Sept. 4
-Assault from 11691 Alabama Highway 25 (other, unknown). Suffix 1).
-Abandoned vehicle from Whippoorwill lane (highway, street). Abandoned was a 2000 Ford Mustang.
-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1300 block of 17th Avenue (highway, street). Stolen were a Coach purse valued at $400, $5 in cash, a Discover credit card and Wachovia Bank checkbook. Recovered was a Samsung cell phone
Sept. 5
-Theft from 1836 22nd Avenue, Apartment 45. Stolen was a Hi-Point .380 automatic pistol valued at $160.
-Criminal mischief from the 2100 block of 18th Street (highway, street). Damaged were four tires in the amount of $340.
-Harassment from 18th Street. (Suffix 1).
-Driving under the influence (combined)/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Interstate 65 mile maker 228 southbound (highway, street). Listed was a clear plastic bag containing four Lortab 7.5 milligram tablets other narcotics four dosage units.

Sept. 1
-Theft of property (shoplift) from the 200 block of West College Street (supermarket). Stolen was a box of “Select” brand cold compress valued at $3.89.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Old Cahaba Trace. Stolen was an Accutek .380 ACP semi-automatic pistol valued at $100.
Aug. 30
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of First Avenue East. Paint was damaged on the passenger side of 1995 Toyota Camry.
-Forgery from Fox Valley, Highway 17 (convenience store). Stolen was a cashed personal check with a forged signature in the amount of $61.37.
-Escape from the Helena Police Department (jail, prison).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 52 West at Squire Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a Ruger M77, 7 mm bolt-action rifle valued at $400.
-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from Highway 277. Involved a 1990 Ford F-150.
-Cruelty to animals from the 1900 block of County Road 95.
Sept. 4
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 52 West at Oak View Lane (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of River Oaks Drive. Damaged was a John Deere 310 backhoe.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 400 block of Honeysuckle Road.
-Driving under the influence from County Road 52 West at Old Cahaba Avenue (highway, street).

-Forced entry on residence from the 9400 block of Brookforest Circle. Damaged was a doorframe in the amount of $300.

-Information on domestic violence incident from the 4700 block of Highway 25.
-Found property from the 1100 block of Main Street (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Money Network Visa debit card.
Sept. 4
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Oxford Road. Stolen was a Goodman air conditioning unit valued at $1,800.
-Property damage from the 500 block of Main Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser in the amount of $500.
-Throwing/shooting into occupied vehicle from the 5300 block of Alabama Highway 25. Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck in the amount of $50.
Sept. 5
-Property damage from the 500 block of County Road 10.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Skyview Drive. Stolen was $600 in U.S. currency and two iPods valued at $70. Damaged were 15 wooden doors in the amount of $70.
Sept. 6
-Harassment from the 200 block of Graham Street.
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 200 block of Highway 204. Stolen were a dishwasher valued at $1,200, a Maytag clothes washer valued at $300 and dining room set (table and six chairs) valued at $200. Damaged were three house windows in the amount of $200.
-Possession of marijuana from Oxford and Buckingham Circle (Suffix 001). Confiscated were two parts of marijuana cigarettes valued at $5.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Oxford Circle at Buckingham Circle. (Suffix 002). Confiscated, seized were digital scales containing marijuana “shake” valued at $30.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Graham Street.
Sept. 8
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Comanche Street. Damaged was a barbecue grill/smoker in the amount of $80.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Main Street (drug store).
-Forgery from the 4000 block/3700 block of Highway 25 (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited were checks drawn on Bank of American in Virginia (closed for four years) for $500 and Regions Bank for $35.
Pelham
Aug. 30
-Identity theft from the 5000 block of Cheshire Court, Birmingham.
-Disorderly conduct from Pelham High School (school, college).
Aug. 31
-Property damage – vehicle from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damages included a broken right front axle on a 2006 Infiniti M35 in the amount of $500.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Shelby County Road 361.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Braxton Way. Stolen were jewelry items valued at $3,300.
-Outside agency assist from 120 Bishop Circle (parking lot, garage).
-Domestic violence from undisclosed.
-Rape from Haddington Dale.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Ivy Brook Trail.
-Foreign misdemeanor arrest from Highway 52 East at Interstate 65 (highway, street).
Sept. 1
-Domestic violence from the 2000 block of Williamsburg Road.
-Theft of property from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were five boxes of Red Bull beverage valued at $115 and eight four-packs of Red Bull beverage valued at $64.
-Property damage from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Damaged were a concrete picnic table and bench in the amount of $100 and and a 2001 Buick Century in the amount of $500.
-Domestic violence from Green Park South Mobile Home Park.
-Property damage – vehicle from 1858 County Road 33. Damaged were a 2005 Jeep Liberty in the amount of $6,000, a sweet gum tree in the amount of $100, 10 tomato cages in the amount of $50 and a lawn in the amount of $200.
Sept. 2
-Outside agency assist from 3174 Church St. (government, public building).
-Miscellaneous information from Bella Vista Mobile Home Park. Damaged was a residence window in the amount of $250.
-Criminal mischief/civil dispute from 219 Calloway Lane. Damaged was a 1999 Buick Regal in the amount of $500.
-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Caliston Way.
-Property damage from Shelby County Road 11 near Oak Forest Subdivision (highway, street). Damaged was a driver’s side front quarter panel on a 2005 Nissan Altima in the amount of $500.
