GREYSTONE — Hugh Daniel Drive in Greystone is currently closed due to a gas line break, according to Capt. Jim Coker of the Hoover Police Department.

The road is closed from just above the main Greystone entrance to near The Brae neighborhood at the top of the hill.

Repairs are going on currently, and they are estimated to finish around 5 p.m.

Coker said the Hoover Police Department recommends motorists use Shelby County 41 as an alternate route until repairs are complete.
