Kaylyn Alexander is the recipient of a four-year University of Alabama at Birmingham Golden Excellence Scholarship valued up to $24,000.

She is the daughter of Kevin and Kristy Alexander. Alexander is a senior at Pelham High School where she’s a member of the National Honors Society, National English Honor Society, National French Honor Society, National Art Honor Society and Key Club. At UAB, she will major in english/graphic design.
