Funeral service for Bobby Etress, age 72, of Wilsonville, was held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2010, at Bolton Funeral Home in Columbiana. Burial followed in Bay Springs Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home.
Mr. Etress, who passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at home, was born Sept.18, 1937, in Shelby.
He is preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Julia Etress; son, Jeff Etress; sister, Eunice Williams and a brother, Johnny Etress.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Etress; son, Wayne Etress; grandchildren, Cynthia, Grace, Erin Etress; great grandchild, Jordan; niece, Cynthia Warren; sisters, Dorothy Sturm, Ruby Ramey, Carolyn Hughes and Dale Smith; brother, Edmond Etress and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
