Calera Girl Scout Troop 448 will be collecting new toys to pass out to needy children for Christmas time.

On Saturday Dec. 5 the girls will be walking in the Calera parade to collect toys.

They ask that people bring an unwrapped new toy with you to the parade to donate. These toys will be donated to children in need in the Calera area.

There are several drop off locations including: Calera’s Sunset Salon, Alabama Furniture Market, Nail Star, Wal-Mart, Clanton’s Winn Dixie and Alabaster’s Tropical Pet Cove. For more information, call Cindy at 919-7111.
