In an effort to serve all buyers and sellers, RealtySouth has launched a Spanish portal on its homepage.

For years RealtySouth has offered consumers the ability to search its Web site for agents who speak a variety of languages, but with the addition of Marco Bonilla to the MortgageSouth lending team, RealtySouth decided to expand its services into the lending arena.

Bonilla, who was born in Cuba and moved to the United States in 1962, ran his own mortgage lending business for 13 years before deciding to join MortgageSouth in August.

He said he’s happy to be a part of the solution for Spanish speakers.

“The Hispanic market represents the fastest growing segment of the first-time home buyer and I am happy to be the bridge to reach this market,” Bonilla said.

Bonilla joins RealtySouth’s Spanish-speaking agents Blanca Juarez, Lilly Levinson and Marcella Ridgeway, all from the RealtySouth Hoover Metro Office.
