Raymond Bert Worthy, Jr., born in Alabama on May 17, 1949, of Alabaster, passed away August 13, 2009 at the age of 60.
Visitation was held on Sunday starting at 1 p.m. at Charter Funeral Home.
Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. also on Sunday, August 16, 2009. Reverend Terry Hosmer and Reverend Ron Cox officiated the services. Burial followed in Ryans Cemetery.
His parents, Mr. Raymond and Francis Worthy, preceded Mr. Worthy in death.
Survivors in included his best friend, Brenda Worthy; sister, Sue Anderson (Fred); niece, Robein Erwin (Richard); nephew, Clay Anderson; stepsons, Joseph and Josh Buff (Lindsay); stepdaughter, Destiny Worthy; and grandchildren, Caitlin and Connor Buff.
Arrangements were under the direction of Charter Funeral Home.
