The city of Pelham will sell and auction off electronic equipment, vehicles and other surplus property at its Water Works Building Thursday, July 23.

The sale will begin at 3 p.m. on the second floor of the building, 3111 Cummins St. The auction of surplus vehicles and equipment will begin at 6 p.m. on the Water Works Building parking lot. The vehicles will be displayed at this location beginning July 20. The sale and auction are open to the public.

All items will be sold “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Buyers are responsible for pick-up and transport of purchased property from the sale site. All sales are final. Only cash or cashier’s checks are accepted.
