Capstone Bank of Tuscaloosa is buying the CapitalSouth Bank branch located in Pelham.

Capstone Bank is headquartered in Tuscaloosa with seven branches located in Tuscaloosa, Clarke and Washington counties.

CapitalSouth Bank is headquartered in Birmingham with branches in Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery and Jacksonville, Fla.
