Anna Thompson Kelley and Christine Simmer, both of Montevallo, recently earned doctor of veterinary medicine degrees from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine as members of the class of 2009.

Kelley earned a biology degree in 2005 from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is a 2001 graduate of Briarwood Christian School. Her parents are Dan and Linda Thompson.

Simmer earned a biology degree in 2004 from the University of Montevallo and is a 1998 graduate of Montevallo High School. Her parents are Donald and Nancy Simmer.
