The Vincent Army JROTC recently recognized Brittany Powell and Kendal Carter as Cadet of the Month and Squad Leader of the Month, respectively.

The cadets must display respect towards their fellow cadets, their school and JROTC objectives. They must also exhibit leadership and motivation.
