Gary’s Red Neck Eggrolls / Hawg Rolls
1 lb pulled pork
Mo’s Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce (Gary’s homeade sauce)
1 bag shredded cole slaw
1 pk egg roll wraps
4 oz slaw dressing
Mix together pork, bbq sauce, cole slaw and slaw dressing.
Put 2 tbsp mixture onto flat eggroll, then roll into form.
Mix together 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk to make egg wash, then brush each egg roll with egg wash.
Heat deep fryer at 350 degrees place egg roll into hot oil and cook until golden brown.
Serve with bbq sauce or ranch dressing.
