Man killed in wreck near Westover

James Todd Stamm, 44, of Birmingham was killed Sunday afternoon at 4:18 in a two-vehicle accident that happened one mile southeast of Westover on U.S. Highway 280.
Michael Shannon Whitehurst, 33, of Moundville was also injured in the wreck. He was transported to UAB Hospital.
