Summer keeps heating up at the Alabaster Dairy Queen. On July 16, DQ’s Curly Top made an appearance at the Albert L. Scott Library to celebrate the “Catch the Reading Bug” finale. The store donated 300 hot dogs for the kids and handed out balloons.
On Monday, July 21 the store will open for breakfast from 6 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
Then Aug. 7 is Miracle Treat Day nationwide at DQ. The store will donate 50 cents of every blizzard sold that day to Childrens Miracle Network. That network locally supports Childrens Hospital of Birmingham. We also sell the Miracle Treat Day balloons.
