The Calera Marching Eagle Band recently received straight ones for their performance, including a one in sight-reading at the State Bandmasters Concert Competition at the University of Alabama.

Their selection of music included “Into the Clouds,” “Shenandoah” and “Joy Revisited.”

The band also made straight ones at the district level to be eligible to attend the state competition. The Marching Eagles are under the direction of Ted Seabury
