SafeHouse presented certificates of achievement for a seven-week violence prevention education class.

The class was held for youth at Kids First Awareness Learning Center in Alabaster.

Kids first director Cindy Hawkins said it is important for the community to know there are classes out their to teach them and their kids how to be safe at all times.
