Gay’s corn casserole

Gay Finn of Montevallo is president of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Women. She said her corn casserole is a big hit at family and church events.
Ingredients
*2 sticks margarine
*2 cans cream corn
*2 cans niblet corn, drained
*1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream
*4 eggs, beaten
*1 package Jiffy corn meal
Directions
Mix above ingredients and pour into 9×13 inch greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes or until firm in the center
