WILSONVILLE – Saturdays in the fall often cause dissension among football fans, especially those who cheer for Auburn University and the University of Alabama.

Wilsonville residents Larry and Wendi Ray are just two father/daughter combinations through out the state that share opposing tastes in football teams. Wendi made a bet with her father prior to this season’s Iron Bowl that she would get to give him a pie in the face if Auburn’s streak of five wins came to end on Nov. 24. However, Auburn won 17-10, and Wendi was the one receiving the pie.
