Duncan Pickett – beloved husband of Margaret Golden Pickett, devoted father to Andrew Michael and Caleb James, and adoring grandfather of Rylan Ann Picket – departed this Earth on Oct. 16, 2007. He was a faithful employee of Western Supermarkets for 25 years and a respected member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Pea Ridge. He is survived by his wife, his sons, his granddaughter, daughter-in-law Brittany Marshall Pickett, mother Janice Lawley Pickett and three brothers – James (Buster), Larry and Charles – and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Macedonia Sunday, Oct. 21 at 2 p.m., and will be conducted by Neal Bearden Jr. and Reburn Dailey. It will be attended by numerous family members and friends, a testament to the life of service and friendship that Duncan lived. He is sorely missed by his family, who find solace in the knowledge that Duncan is in Heaven, awaiting their arrival there someday.
