Funeral service for Shirley Ozell Benson, age 70, of Columbiana will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 28, 2007, at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery.

Ms. Benson, who passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at her home, was born June 11, 1937 in Shelby.

Ms. Benson is preceded in death by her mother, Lilla Elizabeth Benson; father, Oswald Benson, Sr.; and brothers, Lindon E. Benson and Billy Kenneth Benson.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Barbara (Bert) Davis and Oswald Benson, Jr. of Talladega; Paul Hoyt Benson and Cyril “Chick” Benson of Columbiana; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews
