Riley&8217;s Personal Message

I am proud of the accomplishments that our administration has made over the past four years.

When I took office, Alabama had the worst budget deficit since the Great Depression. Now, because of conservative fiscal management and aggressive economic development, Alabama enjoys a record $1 billion budget surplus. I am also proud that we have invested more money into education than any other administration in Alabama&8217;s history. And the money is going to where it counts &8212; into the classroom. In just four years, Alabama&8217;s children have higher test scores and Alabama&8217;s workers have the lowest unemployment in the state&8217;s history. Let&8217;s keep Alabama on the right track
