In my years of service on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, I have reviewed over 11,000 cases ranging from misdemeanor to capital murder. In doing so, I have worked hard to follow the law and use sound legal reasoning combined with a common sense conservative philosophy in deciding each case before me. I believe in a no nonsense approach to law and order and I am mindful that the rights of victims should not be lost in the judicial process.
