James Sidney Martin of Montevallo passed away on June 26. He is the son of the late Jimmy and Gladys Martin of Pelham, AL.

Graveside service was held Thursday June 28 at Salem Cemetery in Montevallo with Rev. Jack Spinks officiating.

He is survived by three children, Tim Martin, Jamie Monk, and Jodie Davidson, eight grandchildren, two sisters, Billye Carter of Pelham, and Sue Connors of Montevallo, and a special niece Monica Smith of Montevallo who was his caretaker and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
