Tommie Woods Blackerby, 75, of Wilsonville, died Thursday, March 15. The funeral service was held Saturday, March 17 at 11 a.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. The Rev. Red Vansant and the Rev. Steve Thomas presided.

She was buried at Wilsonville City Cemetery. Visitation was held Friday, March 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Blackerby was born on Sept. 21, 1931 in Shelby County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Blackerby. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Burks and Kay Blackerby; grandson, Ashley Burks; sister, Imogene Moore; brother, Buddy Woods and a host of other family and friends.
