The Westervelt Company, formerly known as Gulf States Paper Corporation, announces its new regional office in Brent, Ala.

Located at 1926 Main Street in Brent, the new office combines the company&8217;s Tuscaloosa District Office, formerly located on Skyland Boulevard, with its Columbiana office, previously located on Highway 70 in Columbiana, to serve the Cahaba region.

The 14 associates located at the new Brent office will be primarily involved with the company&8217;s land management activities on its 200,000 acres of land in the Cahaba area.

The Westervelt Company purchased the office space from the Brent Belcher Properties, LTD.

The move is expected to be completed by March 1.

The Westervelt Company is a land-based organization committed to its founding principle that &8220;quality counts,&8221; environmental stewardship and preserving its resources for future generations.
