JohnsonKreis Construction, located in Birmingham, recently promoted one staff member and hired one new employee.

Wes Davis, a current JohnsonKreis employee, was promoted to Project Manager.

He has been with the company for five years. Davis earned a bachelor of science in business administration, focusing on operations management and logistics, from Auburn University. He resides in Birmingham.

Greg Platt has been hired as a superintendent for the company.

Platt has 28 years of experience in construction-related work, including working as a superintendent since 1986. The Calera resident earned his bachelor of science in building science from Auburn University.

JohnsonKreis Construction is a full-service general contractor providing comprehensive building and construction management services.

Their projects include retail developments, churches, hotels, educational institutions, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities.

Principals Jess Johnson and Bill Kreis have more than 40 years of experience
