Funeral service for Charles Clinton &8220;Bobby&8221; Startley, age 56, a lifelong and loved resident of Chelsea,

was at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. Burial followed at Wooten&8217;s Family Cemetery in Cahaba Heights. Visitation was Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. Startley, who passed away on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006 surrounded by his family and friends, was born on March 23, 1950 in Shelby County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. Startley and Margaret Startley Waits and a sister, Brenda Hethcox.

He is survived by his children, Heath Startley, Clint (Angi) Chase, Jason (Hannah) Chase, Milessa (Alan) Sanning, Michelle (Jeremy) Brown, Heather Startley; 10 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sharron (Neil) Crim, Anita Henderson; step-father, Ed Waits and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
