A one-vehicle accident Monday night claimed the life of a Vincent man.

Sergeant Tim Sartain of the State Troopers said the accident occurred at about 7:20 p.m. on County Road 51 about three miles north of Chelsea.

He said a 1993 Ford Ranger driven by Paul David Clark, 50, of Vincent left the roadway, overturned twice, partially ejecting Clark, who died at about 8:40 p.m. at UAB.

Sartain said the accident remained under investigation at press time
