Funeral Services for Hubert Hope, age 83, of Shelby, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2006 at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Burial followed in Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, June 18 at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. Hope, who passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2006, at his home, was born on September 20, 1922 in Shelby, Ala.

He is survived by his wife, Annice Hope; children, Danny Earl Hope, Bobby Joe Hope, Leslie Wayne Hope, Phillip Stanley Hope; nine grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
