Dec. 8
-Theft of Property from driveway of 968 Kent Dairy Road. Three $100 bills were stolen.
-Theft of Property from Wal-Mart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. A Sony 10-inch sub woofer valued at $64.50 was stolen.
-Damage to Property from Books-A-Million. A passenger vehicle received $400 damage to rear tail light and bumper. And a 1999 Ford F-350 was damaged.

-Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instrument from Dano Auto sales from 1334 Highway 31 S.
-Theft of Property from 906 Highway 87. A 1999 black trailer with Chevrolet center caps, wood bed and side rails on three sides valued at $150 was taken.

-Open House Party/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from 904 Burt Pine Drive. Recovered were digital scales, a bag of marijuana, two glass pipes, a roach clip, and a plastic bottle fashioned to smoke illegal drugs.
-Criminal Mischief from 116 Butter Cup Circle. Four Firestone tires for a compact car received $480 damage.
-Information Only – Natural Death from 881 3rd St. N.E. Room 208A.
-Theft of Property from Winn-Dixie parking lot. Taken was a trailer hitch valued at $250.
-Theft of Property from 814 5th Ave. S.W. Taken was a Troy Built Riding Lawn Mower valued at $1,300.
-Criminal Trespass/Criminal Mischief from Progressive Finishes from 501 Industrial Road. A metal lockbox received $20 damage.
-Criminal Mischief from Irrigation Services at Westwood Baptist Church construction site off Colonial Promenade. Roof damage to a 20-foot enclose trailer totaled $1,500.
-Information Only Identity Theft from Alpharetta, Ga. It was reported that $47,384 earnings were fraudulently reported to the IRS.

-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 119 Old Spanish Circle.
-Public Intoxication/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from County Road 12 at Gardenside Drive, Maylene. Recovered was an Altoids can with the contents of a glass pipe used to smoke crack cocaine.
-Passing Counterfeit Currency from 691 Highway 119. A counterfeit $20 bill was recovered.
-Recovery of Property from 1022 Tower parking lot, 1st Street N. Involved a Winchester Model 70 223 caliber valued at $350.
-Assault/First Report of Injury from Exam Room 2 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center Emergency Room.
-First Report of Injury from 904 Burnt Pine Drive, Maylene.
-Domestic Violence/Harassment from 2077 Butler Road. (Closed fist).
-Information Only/Vandalism from 201 1st St. N.
-Obstruction of Justice-Using False Identity/Receiving Stolen Property from 904 Burnt Pine Drive. A High Point Model C9 (pistol), valued at $100 was recovered.

-Natural Death from Shelby Ridge Nursing Home from 881 3rd St. N.E. Room 203A.
-Criminal Mischief from parking lot in front of 1744 Woodbrook Trail. Four Douglas Performance GT-H Tires received 200 damage.

-Domestic Violence/Assault from 10077 Highway 17, Maylene. Hands.
-Theft from Wal-Mart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen were four small skateboards valued at $7.58.
-Trespassing from Alabaster Dental from 1130 1st St. N.
-Damage to Property (city of Alabaster) from Primrose Drive/Kent Dairy Road. One street sign and one stop sign received $25 damage each.
-Harassing Communications from residence.
-Information Only-Lost Property from First American Bank involved a brown leather wallet valued at $10, a Home Depot Card, a Mexican I.D. card and $50 cash.
-Natural Death from 881 3rd St. N.E.
-Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance from 155 11th Ave. S.E. Eight pills identified as Klonopin were recovered.

-Theft of Property from the 100 Block of Industrial Parkway. Stolen were a Dell black Optiplex, Express Code Service, desktop (plasma screen, keyboard and CPU0) all valued at $1,200.
-Domestic Dispute from the 800 Block of Chelsea Road.

-Identity Theft/Theft of Property from the 2100 Block of Highway 25 bypass. Involved was an account on Regions Bank with a $1,717.46 stolen value.

-Robbery/Sexual Abuse from Nelson-Walker Road. Taken were $80, a Social Security Card valued at $1, an Alabama Driver’s License valued at $23, a prepaid Nokia cell phone valued at $100, two Regions checkbooks and $300 in food stamps.
