Freda Inez Forman, 85, of Montgomery and formerly of Columbiana died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005, in a nursing home.

She was born April 20, 1920, in Birmingham. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Forman.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Janice) Forman of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Michelle (Randy) Parks and Clark Forman; and her great-grandchildren, Russ and Rachel Parks.

Service will be today, Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel in Columbiana. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Gardens, Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing. The family requests memorial donations be made to Young Life, 1737 West 2nd Street, Montgomery, AL 36106
