Marlena Tidmore and Preston Newsom will represent Shelby Academy at the 2005 AISA All-Star Classic.

The annual event will be held at &uot;Shug&uot; Jordan Stadium in Selma on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. Tidmore’s outstanding performance at Cheer Camp this summer earned her the titles of AISA All-Star as well as UCA All-Star.

She will be performing in New York City over the Thanksgiving holiday as a part of her UCA All-Star commitment.

Newsom was Shelby’s leading tackler and a strong motivator on the team
