Why is Shelby Academy not an option?

My understanding is that they only have 7 players at this time.

I may be wrong but I am thinking I heard 16 as of now. Others are on the sideline waiting on final word of funding for the coming year. I don't blame them and hope we get official word this week.

Even if they gather the players it doesn't do much good without a full roster of teachers and funding to get through the year.
