-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 2100 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Adams Road, Leeds.

-Death investigation from the 7200 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Identity theft from unknown. Listed as forged, counterfeited were checks for $653.91 and $492.61.

-Identity theft from unknown. Stolen were unauthorized charges of $149.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3400 block of Highway 311, Shelby (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Richard Porter Road.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building). Recovered were six and one half orange oval pills Xanax (alprazolam).

-Criminal mischief from Winding Stair Trail, Leeds. Damaged was a waterline.

-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (government, public building).

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Fiarbank Way, Chelsea. Damaged was a metal mailbox in the amount of $174.

-Harassment from the 2400 block of Highway 86, Calera.

-Missing person from the 200 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville. Stolen were a leather wallet valued at $15 and contents including $2,000 cash, a gold nugget ring valued at $300 and gold nugget necklace valued at $400.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Meadow Garden Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were $80 in assorted change in a glass pickle jar and approximately six Hydrocodone.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Walters Cove, Sterrett (other, unknown).

-Forgery from the 3300 block of Highway 25 (department store).

May 14

-Burglary from the 3300 block of Culloden Way, Birmingham. Stolen was a $20 bill.

-Forgery/theft of property from the 900 block of Main Street, Montevallo (bank). Stolen was a checkbook valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Damaged were six Delta push faucets in the amount of $390 and six supply lines in the amount of $30.

-Theft from Dana Drive, Montevallo. Stolen was assorted clothing.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Highway 478, Leeds.

-Theft of property/recovery of stolen property from the 200 block of Brynleigh Circle, Chelsea (highway, street, school, college). Stolen and recovered were a Diamond cargo utility trailer valued at $25,012, five white drill rifles for band at $60 each and a cart with vinyl cover for gym floor valued at $1,500. (Suffix 01).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 200 block of Highway 403. Listed as recovered was a 1986 Mitsubishi Mighty Max truck valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stonegate Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2-3-carat square-cut center emerald valued at $10,000.

-Suicide attempt from Highway 468, Vincent.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Vehicle fire from Highway 280/Meadobrook Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Focus.

-Rape/trespass warning from Forest Parkway, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Scarlet lane, Chelsea. Stolen were 90 200-milligram Ultram ER tablets and bottle (painkillers) valued at $370.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were a Sanyo 52-inch flat screen LCD television valued at $1,400, an Insignia 47-inch flat screen LCD television valued at $1,000, Xbox 360 vide game valued at $460, Wii video game valued at $260, Playstation 3 and extra controller valued at $660, Imac computer valued at $1,800 and an HP laptop valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from Heatherbrooke near Greenhill Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a bumper.

-Criminal mischief from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Property damage from the 2100 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham.

-Criminal tampering from the 200 block of Winding Stair Tr., Leeds.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5100 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot garage). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet in the amount of $500.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville.

-Harassing communications from Church Drive, Montevallo.

-Criminal trespass/civil dispute from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana.

-Damage to property from County Road 71/County Road 402, Shelby (highway, street). Damaged were a Dodge Fargo and a 12-foot utility trailer.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/illegal possession of prescription medication from Highway 155 and Highway 18, Montevallo (highway, street). Recovered were drugs (pills).

-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Highway 302, Shelby.

-Domestic violence from the 7100 block of County Road 49, Columbiana.

-Juvenile runaway/juvenile runaway returned from Alabama Youth Drive, Westover (other, unknown).

-Assault from Hughes Road, Columbiana.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 2500 block of Single Tree Circle, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Indian Shoals Road, Wilsonville. Stolen was a 14-foot aluminum flat bottom boat valued at $500.

-Leaving scene of accident from the 8000 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana. Damaged were a magnolia tree, planted burmuda grass, a 25-foot oak tree (uprooted) and two loropetalums bushes.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Highway 302, Shelby.

-Harassment from Ridge Lane/Ridge Drive, Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from Missouri Road, Shelby. Damaged was a chain link fence in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Recovered were green leafy item believed to be marijuana and $13 in U.S. currency. (Suffix 01).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Recovered were green leafy substance item believed to be marijuana and $13 in U.S. currency. (Suffix 02).

-Death investigation from Ashington Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Property damage from Highway 43 and 491, Vandiver (highway, street). Damaged were a hood, front bumper and driver’s side headlight valued at $2,000.

-Burglary/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3200 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs. Confiscated, seized were an unidentified white pill and two red straws used for drug paraphernalia. Also listed was one undisclosed item. (Suffix 01),
