Incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office from April 20-26.

April 20

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby.

April 21

-Burglary from the 1500 block of Paradise Cove Lane, Shelby. Stolen were an Echo back pack blower valued at $500, Echo weed eater valued at $450, Echo edger valued at $50, air compressor valued at $300, wheel barrow valued at $100 and 5-gallon gas can valued at $15.

-Domestic investigation from the 7000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.

April 22

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 5400 block of Highway 280 West, Birmingham (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Visa card reader. Visa card reader and agreement/lease obtained by fraudulent lease valued at $1,200.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Silver Lane, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 19000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a Think Pad computer valued at $900.

-Identity theft from the 3000 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 57, Vincent.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen were a black nylon backpack purse valued at $15, check book, debit card, credit card, driver’s license, other card and MP3 player valued at $120.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Scarlet Lane, Chelsea. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Domestic violence from the 7600 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett (church).

-Miscellaneous information/violation of DHR order from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damged were two Goodyear tires in the amount of $280.

-Miscellaneous information from McConico Road, Vincent. Listed as damaged were a mailbox brick base and a wood post with paper box.

-Fail to pay for gasoline purchase from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen were 47.15 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $100.

-Harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Harassment from the 1600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

April 23

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/burglary from the 5200 block of Valleybrook Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a Sony DVD player valued at $60, clothes valued at $40 and blank CDs valued at $10.

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Spring Valley Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Stolen were a Craftsman roll around toolbox and tools valued at $4,000.

-Forgery from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds. Recovered was a fake check.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham (specialty store). Forged, counterfeited was a credit card item valued at $5,215.58.

-Theft by deception from Thornberry Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a VHF marine radio valued at $164.77, a marine radio valued at $159.70 and five marine binoculars valued at $531.74.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham

-Damage to property from the 5500 block of Highway 25, Montevallo. Damaged was a passenger side front door.

-School bus violation (fight/threat) from a school bus (school, college).

-Juvenile runaway returned home from U.S. Highway 280 near County Road 43, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Menacing from a school bus, Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Criminal mischief from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2400 block of Vale Drive, Birmingham.

-Assault/resisting arrest/public intoxication from a parking lot from the 1500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Use of force from parking lot near the 1500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1800 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Juvenile runaway from the 4900 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham.

April 24

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 200 block of North River Drive, Shelby. Involved a 1995 Chevrolet C1500.

-Theft of property from 280 West at Eagle Point Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street). Stolen were a 2008 Crownline, a Road King Bost trailer and a 2008 Microcruser for a total value of $44,000.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 1400 block of Highway 59, Vincent.

-Domestic violence assault from the 100 block of Brian Road, Westover.

-Domestic violence from the 1600 block of County Road 93, Helena.

-Miscellaneous information (dog death) from the 200 block of Hayride Road, Maylene.

-Damaged property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a driver’s side door and mirror in the amount of $350.

-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 200 block of Lilly Drive, Sterrett. Involved a 1993 Cadillac Deville.

-Criminal mischief from Gorman Park, Vincent (other, unknown). Damaged was a wood sign in the amount of $250.

-Civil dispute from Regions Bank, Columbiana (commercial).

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 260 and Highway 10, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 1.8 grams of marijuana and a wood marijuana “dugout,” (Suffix 01).

-Assault from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster. Stolen were items including copper fittings, pipe and coils valued at $500.

-Harassing communications from a cell phone and multiple locations (other, unknown).

April 25

-Sexual abuse from Valleybrook Circle.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen was a Hallmark box trailer valued at $1,850.

-Domestic violence assault from the 1400 block of Highway 15, Montevallo.

-Missing person from the 800 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence from Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from Spring Valley Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence harassment/obstructing justice using a false identity from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence from the 7000 block of Whitetail Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from Meredith Drive, Montevallo.

-Harassment from Slab Pea Ridge (lake, waterway).

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 61 at McDonald Road, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from Strawberry Road, Shelby. Stolen were a roll wire fence valued at $100 and 20 feet of metal roofing.

-Suicide attempt from Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3500 block of North Brokenbow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 18000 block of Highway 145, Shelby.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Highway 253, Montevallo.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Maylene.

April 26

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief/trespass from the 1000 block of Mountain View Drive, Montevallo. Damaged was a private property sign.

-Miscellaneous information from the 800 block of Highway 89, Calera.

-Obstruction of justice false name from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information/civil dispute from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5200 building of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
