June 6

-Burglary from the 500 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Stolen was an HP Pavilion computer valued at $800.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road, Maylene. (Suffix 01). Stolen were 60 Oxycontin 40-milligram valued at $3.20, 50 HYydrocodone 10-milligram valued at $1.10, a $100-bill and five $20-bills.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road. (Suffix 02). Stolen were two $20-bills for a total of $40.

-Assault from the 14000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 2200 block of Heartwood Circle, Birmingham

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Highway 5, Wilsonville.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a Liberty Safe gun safe valued at $500 and 10 guns valued at $3,000.

-Theft of property from the 2800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs. Stolen was a 1995 Lexus valued at $8,000.

-Unlawful breaking entering motor vehicle/criminal trespass from the 6000 block of County Road 61, Wilsonville. Stolen and recovered was a set of vehicle keys.

-Breaking and entering vehicle from the 700 block of Valley View Road, Indian Springs. Stolen were two iPods valued at $598 and a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $299.

-Recovered stolen property from County Road 47 at Ron Bar Road. Recovered were four rims valued at $1,500.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Grime Road, Indian Springs Village. Stolen was a Toyota Tacoma.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a Toyota Tacoma pickup.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Highway 50, Vandiver. Stolen was a 2006 Honda vehicle.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 4100 block of Highway 47, Shelby (liquor store). Damaged was a large storefront glass window in the amount of $750 and three bottles of liquor in the amount of $23. Stolen were several bottles of liquor and several packs of cigarettes.

-Death investigation from the 2900 block of Highway 83, Vincent. Destroyed, damaged were various medications.

-Possession of marijuana from the 8400 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Recovered was a small marijuana plant in a black plastic pot.

-Domestic investigation from Highway 31, Calera.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6200 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Criminal mischief from the 18000 block of River Road, Shelby. Damaged was an estate mailbox valued at $204.

-Harassing communications from the Scott Road, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were groceries valued at $113.96 and clothing valued at $33.

-Civil dispute from the 5200 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from Brookhill Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property/burglary from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen were two 2006 Kubota (other type vehicles) valued at $10,580 each.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). (Suffix 01) Damaged was a passenger side window. Stolen were a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $175 and a check book

-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). (Suffix 02). Stolen were credit and debit cards, a Social Security card and a driver’s license valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South River Drive, Shelby. Stolen .25-carat diamond ring with gold band valued at $400.

-Burglary from the 900 block of Oak Mountain Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a safe and $600 in cash.

-Identity theft from the 1300 block of Highway 17 and 400 block of Highway 280, Montevallo (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited were two landline accounts.

-Forgery from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a $20 counterfeit bill.

-Cruelty to animals from the Brantleyville Court, Maylene.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 203, Montevallo. Stolen were a Ruger .40-caliber firearm valued at $324, a 32-inch flat screen television valued at $300, a Dell laptop computer valued at $1,500, 18 assorted pairs of shoes valued at $400 and $60 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Scurlock Road, Helena. Stolen was a 16-diamond wife band cluster engagement ring (1.50-carats) valued at $2,000 and a sapphire ring with three baguettes and six small diamonds valued at $800.

-Reckless endangerment from the 7400 block of Creswell Road.

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Vale Lane, Birmingham. Damaged were a fence and a Ford 250 four by four.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen was $200 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous information from Old Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Listed was Browning BPS pump shotgun .20-gauge.

-Property damage from Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo. Damaged was a 2005 Ford.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 307, Shelby.

-Found property from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby (convenience store). Recovered was a stainless steel knife valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence from the 600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Highway 109, Wilsonville. Damaged were a screen door in the amount of $100, aluminum siding and other household items.

-Criminal mischief from the 3300 block of Westover Road, Westover (field, woods), (government, public building). Damaged were a public restroom and a field trenched.

-Theft of property from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1996 Buick Regal valued at $5,000.

-Burglary from the 9400 block of Highway 55, Westover (convenience store). Stolen were five cartons of cigarettes and 10 packs of cigarettes valued at $225. Damaged was a window in the amount of $45.

-Fire investigation from Baron Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (church). Stolen were Dell items valued at $1,900.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4900 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a passenger door window in the amount of $300. Stolen were a Gold’s Gym membership card and $130 cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4900 block of Appaloosa Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a global positioning system valued at $328.80.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 12000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street). (Suffix 02). Confiscated, seized were 8.5 grams of marijuana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1200 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a CD players valued at $200.

-Assault-does not fit/duty to give information/aid from the 8500 block of Highway 13, Helena (highway, street). Damged was a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Recovered were two $5 CDs. Stolen were a CD valued at $9.97 and AA batteries valued at $16.84.

-Property damage from Highway 280 at Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 1994 Chevrolet Impala 55.

-Domestic investigation from the 5600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Manufacturing of controlled substance from Highway 57/Bearden Farm Road, Vincent (field, woods).

-Attempted unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

June 12

-Domestic violence assault from Brantleyville Road, Maylene.

-Impersonating peace officer from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4500 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (highway, street). Recovered were a small clear plastic container with meth and a small back cloth bag containing plastic star and razor blade use for cutting and snorting.

-Theft from the 1000 bloc of Highway 400, Shelby (o0ther, unknown). Stolen were a MasterCard, Visa debit card, driver’s license, two Social Security cards, a Dooney and Bourke leather purse valued at $150 and car keys with house keys.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Sharp flat screen LCD television valued at $1,500 and a PlayStation 3 game console valued at $500.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 1500 block of County Road 109, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Dublin Way, Birmingham. Stolen were two Lennox air conditioning units valued at $1,525 each.

-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Damaged was a quarter panel and rear door of a Nissan Maxima.

-Property damage from Dunnavant Valley Road and Belvedere Cove (highway, street). Damaged was the windshield of a Toyota Yaris.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Marina Road, Shelby. Damaged was a Weeping Pussy Willow Tree in the amount of $100.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett.

-Break and enter vehicle from the 5000 block of Wagon Trace, Birmingham. Stolen was $10,000 In U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Cove Lane, Wilsonville. Stolen were a pressure washer valued at $950, extended 50-foot hose valued at $50, soft heavy duty extension cord valued at $35, landscape rake valued at $25, blower valued at $200 and a heady duty garden wagon valued at $150.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 300 block of River Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen were a J.C. Higgins .22-caliber rifle valued at $583.75, a Remington .22-caliber long rifle valued at $200, a Stevens 16-gauge shotgun valued at $300 and a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber Special pistol valued at $400.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 1000 block of Highway 483. Listed as damaged/destroyed were various medications.

-Property damage/miscellaneous information from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of South River Road, Shelby. Stolen were two gold chain necklaces valued at $150.

-Criminal mischief from the 5300 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $300 was a brick mailbox.
