April 15

-Criminal littering from the 100 block of Whisenhunt Lane, Chelsea (field, woods).

-Theft of property from Springs Drive, Shelby. Stolen were a diamond and ruby ring valued at $500, a diamond wedding band valued at $300, diamond stud earring valued at $200 and gold earring with cubic zirconia valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2800 block of Downing Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were an iPod Nano valued at $200 and a global positioning unit valued at $150.

-Domestic violence from the 5100 block of Weatherford Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Harassment (domestic violence) from Creswell Road, Harpersville (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence assault/public intoxication from Truss Curry Circle, Shelby.

-Fugitive from justice from the 500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (highway, street).

-Vehicle fire from Highway 280, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $8,000 was a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo.

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Market Lane, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 2000 Wilmington Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham. Damages included a broken window on a Honda Pilot.

-Damaged property from Interstate 65 southbound, Alabaster (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield.

-Leaving the scene of an accident/damage to property from Highway 25/Holcombe Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged were a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu and a mailbox.

-Missing person from the 300 block of Highway 442, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Vehicle fire from Highway 280 East at Cheshire Road, Westover (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Ford F-150 in the amount of $10,000.

-Civil dispute from the 4000 block of Kinross Circle, Birmingham.

-Reckless endangerment/harassment from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Assault/burglary from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 3600 block of Stratford Lane, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham (church). Stolen was $520 in cash.

-Domestic violence harassment from Highway 280, Westover (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Recovered were two DVDs valued at $19.96 each, Charmin toilet paper valued at $8.37, Tyson chicken valued at $8.94 and foam plates valued at $2.92.

-Domestic investigation from 200 block of Saddle Lake Drive, Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. Damages included scratches on the driver’s door and rear door in the amount of $1,000.

-Offenses against intellectual property from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store).

-Criminal mischief from the 4900 block of Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham. Damaged were the front and rear windshields on a 2008 Dodge Charger in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Damaged was a 1999 Freightliner school bus (listed twice).

-Miscellaneous information on traffic accident from the corner of Valleydale Road and Caldwell Mill Road, Hoover (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

April 17

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. Stolen were a Delco open utility trailer valued at $12,000, miscellaneous hoses and tools valued at $1,500 and a flat surface cleaner valued at $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3100 block of Ashington Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $120, an XM satellite radio valued at $80 and various medications.

-Child abuse from Jones Road, Montevallo. (Suffix report 02).

-Child abuse from Jones Road, Montevallo (Suffix report 01).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of County Road 402 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 20-horse power Johnson outboard motor valued at $1,500.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Morris Valley Lane. Stolen were a 32-inch LCD television valued at $800 and an 18-volt cordless drill valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 12000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea. (Suffix report 01). Damaged was a 1999 Toyota Corolla rear quarter window in the amount of $300. Also listed was a 1998 Honda Prelude. Stolen were a car stereo valued at $600 and black bag containing tools valued at $50.

-Burglary from the 1500 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham. Stolen was an Xbox valued at $300.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 32, Columbiana. Stolen were guitars valued at $1,400 and $600, a .22-caliber rifle valued at $100, a 12-gauge pump shotgun valued at $300, a Dell laptop computer valued at $1,800, a SouthTrust money bag with $5 in change valued at $6 and an 1889 “Walking Liberty” silver dollar coin valued at $1.

-Missing person/juvenile runaway from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Agency assist from Cameron Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Mystic Valley View, Sterrett. Stolen were 23 oriental rugs, one 6 by 9 antique rug (red and orange) valued t $3,100 and one 10 by 14 beige and teal rug valued at $5,800.

-Found property from Highway 46 and 71, Shelby (highway, street). Recovered were a grey metal lock box valued at $10 and $24.04 in U.S. currency loose change.

-Contributing to the delinquency of a minor from Heatherwood Drive/Cahaba Crest Drive, Birmingham (highway, street) (Suffix report 01).

-Minor in consumption/possession of alcohol from Heatherwood Drive/Cahaba Crest Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). (Suffix report 02).

-Possession of paraphernalia from the 3000 block of Highway 30. Recovered were a glass marijuana pipe and a box containing straws and a razor. (Suffix report 02).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Cove Lane, Pelham. Confiscated, seized were 2.4 grams of marijuana and one multi-colored glass marijuana pipe.

-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280 at Old 280, Chelsea (highway, street). Recovered was a water bong used to ingest marijuana.

-Minor in possession of alcohol/resisting arrest from the 5000 block of Highway 51, Westover.

April 19

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Church Street, Wilton (highway, street). Damaged was the entire driver’s side of a 1999 GMC pickup.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 4800 block of Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 2400 block of Titonka Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a debit card.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster.

-Dog bite from County Road 313, Columbiana (highway, street).

-Reckless endangerment from the 1700 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera.

-Domestic investigation from the 10 block of Haley Acres, Vandiver.

April 20

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a debit card valued at $4,911.56.

-Miscellaneous (agency assist) (K-9 search) from Highway 119, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Briarvale Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (church).

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (other, unknown).

-Burglary from the 2000 block of Highway 89, Montevallo. Stolen were Whirlpool washer and dryer valued at $300 each, the top portion of a HVAC unit valued at $2,500, ceiling fans valued at $100, two light fixtures valued at $50, a bathroom mirror valued at $50 and five curtains and valances valued at $65.

-Identity theft from the 3000 block of Cannock Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was U.S. currency in amounts of $180, $170 and $129.

-Harassing communications from the 7000 block of Meadow Lark Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (church). Stolen was one mint green third generation iPod Nano valued at $150.

-Fire investigation from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. (Suffix report 01). Damaged were furniture, electronics, clothing, dwelling, personal items and tools.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 400 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver.

-Property damage from Highway 280 westbound at County Road 41, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Property damage-vehicle fire from Highway 25 at Reeder Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $7,500 was a 1990 Peterbilt semi-truck.

April 21

-Theft of property/tampering with physical evidence from the 5000 block of Longleaf Lane, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was a 2007 Artic Cat four-wheeler valued at $4,500. (Suffix report 01).

-Domestic violence assault from the 100 block of McBrayer Drive, Vincent. (Suffix report 02).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Shelby Forest Road, Chelsea.

-Property damage from Cahaba Beach Road at Hunt Cliff Road. Damaged was a wooden front door in the amount of $200.

-Hit-and-run from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Nissan Altima.

-Theft of property from Chelsea Middle School, Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was an LG Xenon touch screen phone valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen were two $20-bills for a total of $40 in cash.

-Property damage from the area of Highway 119 and Arrowhead Lane northbound, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were a passenger side mirror and passenger rear window.

-Death investigation from Bennington Circle, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 24000 block of Highway 145, Shelby (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were one marijuana stem, five marijuana blunts (approximately 1 gram) and 6 grams of leafy green substance believed to be marijuana.

April 22

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Highway 46, Wilsonville. Stolen was a Springfield 308 caliber rifle with Springfield scope valued at $1,500.
